I chose this guest house based on positive reviews, but it turned out that there is no part of reality in them either. We were offered, according to the owner, the nicest and largest room, but it has one window and it is the same door, the towels are old, small and after the first wipe they stink of dampness.

Self service kitchen i. e. a place where you can simply boil a kettle strictly on schedule from 8 to 21, but for us vacationers, so be it....from 7 to 22. The rest of the time, if you want to go to the sea early or return late from an excursion..... wake up the owner if you really need boiling water or endure until the opening.
A kettle for 1 liter, 1 kW, boils for a very long time and he is alone, and there are 12 rooms, in the morning I'm going to queue. And what dishes they talk about on review sites, they don’t cook there !!!! ! The nearest cafe is a kilometer from the State Duma, and chicken soup is 200 rubles there.
There is air conditioning, but when was it cleaned? After his work, the room smelled of dust. The room is stuffy, it is lined with plastic. . .
There is almost no house adjoining territory, at least for guests, on the other side of the house, where the owners and flowers live, and the previously sounded kitchen with a table for max 8 people, but the passage to that part of the yard is periodically closed, rattellers walk there. All in all, I won't go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We came to this place on the advice of friends who have been coming to Sevastopol to rest in Fiolent for several years in a row. We arrived late at night. Despite this, the air conditioning was turned on in the room (we were pleasantly surprised by the attention). The service is very attentive, courteous, and unobtrusive.
We went to the sea for the whole day, so we had breakfast and dinner. I really liked seafood dishes and great homemade pancakes, and in all variations)))
When it was time to leave, we realized that we really wanted to come again.
