All at the highest level! This is the perfect family vacation. We have been coming to this hotel for the second year and we do not regret it at all!
This year, in February, my husband and I flew to Dubai, before the events of the 24th, also in the top four, and so our Riga and the hotel in Dubai are like heaven and earth.
This is the best vacation, a lot of impressions, a solid positive!
We really did not have enough days, we really wanted to extend it, but, unfortunately, the hotel is full of guests until the end of the season....

With friends, we decided to take a break from the gray everyday life of Moscow and came to this hotel. Room "Comfort Coastal" - just awesome! Everything is well located, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every day we never ceased to be surprised at the service, the girls at the reception were responsive, the room was cleaned for us every day, everything was clean and tidy.

But we especially liked the bar on the beach, from which we could order drinks and pizza directly to the room! And then they tried the hookah and began to order it to the room. Every evening we went to discos, often held foam parties, there are very professional animators here, you won’t die of boredom. A lot of young people, families with children have a rest, and at the same time everyone respects each other, no one swears. Everyone finds something to their liking here. We came to relax, eat, drink delicious drinks and hang out, and we got it! It was the best vacation of my life!

The first thing I would like to note is that garden furniture is not always as cool as it is called "designer" as in the photos posted on the site, but we were very lucky. Very tasty food in the restaurant. On the territory where these sheds stand, the foundation of some house with fittings (probably understandable about the risks for children), in the corner of the site there is a chicken pen, a warehouse of some kind of rubbish.

The numbers are dead!! ! On the balcony we have RUSTY chairs and a RUSTY table. I'm really shocked how you have to spit on the image of the hotel as a whole in order to cut extra money on such a barn. Look at the photo and you will understand everything immediately. About the hotel in general - the main area is normal, but:
- the service is poor, young girls and schoolchildren / students without proper training and control, so in the restaurant after 30-40 minutes children's problems begin: interruptions in dishes, a tray of food, cleaning tables. We arrived at the reception earlier, check-in was at 14, when 14 came, then it took 15 minutes to be escorted to ours (as we didn’t know SARAI then), as a result, with a big delay, we got to our sheds and it turned out that from there people haven't left yet! We waited for another check-out and cleaning for half an hour in the heat.
- for those who dare to glamping - CHANGE YOUR THOUGHT!! ! Glamping stands next to the petting zoo with all the consequences (smells and stench, people constantly plying to the zoo right past the glamping tents).
- petting zoo, there are really dangerous animals (adult rams). Yes, I agree that it is our fault as parents that they let the children inside and one time the child was badly butted by a ram, but why didn’t the hotel either close the entrance then so that they could only feed through the fence, or didn’t ensure the presence of a caretaker who would guarantee safety . This is another general indicator of the level of service and care for guests.
I will not dissemble that at the same time the beach is good (but this is the merit of the hotel, just a good place) and delicious food (thanks to the chefs here).

The mini-zoo is not cleaned in principle - the aroma is a mile away. Incessant construction, a decorative stone fence wrapped with wire sticking out in all directions, cracks in the roof on the terrace (during the rain they leaked, shorted out a street lamp). It’s a bit expensive for us, but I’m calm for the entertainment of children, and the view from the window, 3 meters to the sea, is priceless for me. I advise everyone.
