Vacationing in 2011 really liked it. In 2012, we were disappointed: we arrived with 4 families, upon arrival we were provided with other rooms, there were no parking spaces. In response to our claims, the manager was frankly rude. On July 27.2 children and 1 adult were poisoned, on the same day the water was turned off in the evening, they promised to give by 9 in the morning, and they gave it at 12. In the evening of July 28, the water was turned off again, they were "fed" with promises that they would give in 5-10 minutes. When I asked for a "book of complaints and suggestions", they gave me a book without any seals, signatures, not certified by the Consumer Rights Protection Society, not stitched. At the request to give me a non-fake book of complaints, the manager suggested that I leave the boarding house at 2 am! and never come here again! One can only wonder how such wonderful employees work for such a "management" if the manager can afford to yell at a client, and even a woman? Next year we will go to rest in another boarding house, because. we do not want to give the opportunity to earn on us to such boors. The staff of the boarding house would like to wish only PATIENCE!
