We stayed at the hotel last summer. We lived in building 2, which is opposite the pool. We liked the rooms, took a double with a side sea view. For us, the main criterion was walking distance to the coast, so we were completely satisfied with everything. The hostess herself told me the following, what 1 or 2 cops, we have rooms there for 6500.10000, and you paid for the Zhiguli (we paid 3500 per day), do you want to get a Mercedes, the hotel is not rubber? ! To be honest, I was dumbfounded by such a reception, and only correspondence saved the situation, as it was a confirmation of their own promises. Reluctantly, the hostess settled us in the promised 2 building (6500 per day) without additional payments. Now, in order: the mattress on the bed counted all the ribs every night; the bed was covered with a large sheet and two warm ones were issued (clothes torn along the edges and two sheets (apparently instead of duvet covers), also gaping with holes); the parquet near the balcony was swollen and frayed; water in the bathroom did not come regularly (maybe 3rd floor or something), so they kept 5l bottles of water; the balcony did not close tightly, so every night. from about 3 am, we tried to fall asleep to the cries of roosters, pheasants and peacocks that were kept in the yard; the air conditioner hangs right next to the bed; the room was supposed to be cleaned in 3 days for 4, and then the bed was changed, but they cleaned it only once and that's it, although I reminded it 2 times, but apparently they decided that for that kind of money one time was enough. In general, our expectations did not correspond to reality at all, therefore, ask for confirmation in writing from the hotel itself, or even better, let them send a photo of the room where they will be accommodated so as not to be so upset! Yes, the sea is nearby, the beach is excellent, the Swedish tomorrow is fine, but it's up to you. I forgot to add - parking is not for everyone on the territory and, according to the same hostess, for those who have many children or who stayed for more than 20 days, and there are not so many places in private nearby parking lots. . .

The hotel itself has no pretensions to a premium class, absolutely average level, it is located on the territory of a large "Priboy" base, where there are more than a hundred different hotels (a large anthill). There are central streets at the base, where all the evening activity takes place, and during the day you can take a walk. The wide sandy beach at the base is common and it is magnificent. The hotel area is green, there are gazebos (with noisy companies). In general, you will not be able to find silence and solitude in the hotel, music day and night, and the din from numerous guests does not stop until late. The service at the hotel is quite decent, all requests were answered in a timely manner, no one is rude. The food is quite tolerable, the food is ordinary - soups, salads, meatballs, side dishes. The hotel has animation for children, animators Sasha and Nastya are really great! Ours is delighted with them. In general, we had a normal rest, exactly for our money, without a wow effect, but also without big disappointments.

And under our windows with my wife, buildings 1 and 2 (in which luxury is sold for an unrealistic price) there is a huge stage, as they put on the city day in parks, and until 23:00 shaggy pop music like hands up and so on plays at full volume, so that the rooms are just as noisy as in the square, and the rooms also smell like a toilet, there are no laundry grates on the balconies, and a rope with clothespins is stretched along the balcony, which is why all the balconies are hung with linen and towels, from the side of the pool it looks careless, like a hostel. And the 3rd building is located on the outskirts through the market tents, among residential buildings that are not related to the hotel, it feels like they are putting local residents in the housing stock, to which the owners answer, like what you wanted, this is an economy option, well, that is, not for of people. The beach is nice but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Very sorry for the time and leisure spent on this hotel. Gathered for May on the mud, booked directly. Transfer from the airport cost 1500 rubles. Settled in the third building, the rooms are average, but quite clean. Checked in quickly even though we arrived earlier than checkout time. The service was polite, there are no jambs from the hotel side. The hotel is right on the beach which is great.
