Before the trip, I read reviews about this hotel for two months and realized that a lot during the holidays depends on the mood with which you are going. There are actually very few ideal hotels, if you want you can always find something to fight and MLM is no exception, but in our case there were much more pluses than minuses. We arrived by car at 13:15, my husband and children (daughter 14 years old, younger sons 2 years old) stayed in the car, I went to the reception. The administrators greeted the girls with a smile, one of them - Katya, signed a contract with me in just a few minutes, by the way, in hotels abroad, this procedure always takes us more time, since the questionnaires have to be filled out in English. We were offered to put the car in the parking lot and go to have lunch, and then check into the room, I note that it was not yet 14 o'clock. We rented 74 junior suite-studio very spacious even for our large family. There were remarks on cleaning, they cleaned on - 4, although we didn’t litter much. The only negative is VERY cold floors and a lot of low-lying sockets, of course I understand that no one will dismantle them, but given such a large number of small hotel guests, and at the same time as we were, 95 percent of the guests were families with small children, I suggest that the administration buy plugs , at least partially, to avoid accidents. And one more thing: it so happened that the lock of the safe (after the previous guests) remained in the closed position with the door open, in general we could not use it, I called 101 and after 5 minutes the administrator came with the key and settled everything, so the reception - 5. In general, we were satisfied with the number. After reading reviews about poisonings, we took a bunch of baby food with us: all kinds of jars and cereals, we didn’t need anything, they brought everything back home. The adults were also satisfied with the food. Of course, in the hotels of the same Turkey, Egypt and Spain, the choice of dishes is an order of magnitude higher in terms of quantity, but MLM clearly wins in terms of taste and quality of cooking. This is our Slavic cuisine and meat, for example, smells like meat. And the lack of salt did not bother us, because the salt is on the table. Breakfasts are not much monotonous, but pancakes with fruit and croissants saved the situation, and my kids ate the casserole with pleasure, it’s a pity I didn’t have time to ask the chef for the recipe, I don’t get it like that. Special thanks to the waiters, they are great - I have not seen dirty tables, they constantly take something away, bring it, wipe it off and have always been responsive and friendly. Minus the restaurant - there were not enough highchairs, one of the guests was constantly looking for them. I can’t evaluate the work of the animation team, all our children did not fit in age, so we entertained them ourselves, but I liked the playground and the entire MLM territory, too, everywhere is clean and well-groomed. By the way, the first-aid post was opened. Though I myself have two honey. I always carry education and medicine with me for all occasions, but it was still nice to know that MLM responds to the wishes of its guests. Loved the beach and pools too. Buddha is beyond praise, and what a sunset there is fantastic. Thanks to MLM for the opportunity to take such cool photos, our family and friends were delighted with them. It's a pity that we don't go on holiday to the same place twice, but maybe someday MLM will be an exception to our rules. We wish the hotel continued prosperity!! !
