In the living room sofa, TV (which did not work). Rooms are cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days, although the owners had to remind about this. The hosts (Marina, Ivan and their parents) are very hospitable, polite and always ready to help with any problem. A separate room for parents with a double bed and a separate children's room with two beds and a chest of drawers. Small bathroom with shared toilet. Not much tight. A small minus - when they came from the sea (at seven o'clock in the evening) there was not enough hot water for us. In the hallway-kitchen there is a wardrobe.

In the kitchen, in addition to the refrigerator, a full-fledged gas stove with four burners and an oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, with sufficient utensils for cooking. There is a closet in the hallway. But this room is in need of a facelift. It looks like it has been used a lot and for a long time.
On the ground floor there was a laundry room, where it was possible for 150 rubles. to wash things (there was no washing machine in the rooms). Comfortable enough.
Plus - the closed territory of the guest house, inside a small garden, a playground, swings, places to relax: four gazebos isolated by vegetation, a fountain, a barbecue grill with excellent skewers and a barbecue. Of course, we were in a season where there was no rain for a very long time, so there was no such lush greenery in the form of lush grass, but the green recreation area itself was very well done. And how many living creatures are on the territory: hedgehogs, wonderful moths, praying mantises, in addition to the master's cats and dogs. In the evening there was always beautiful, calm, relaxing music (until 10 pm). Once a week, the hosts arranged fun games with the guests (mafia, activity, uno). It was a lot of fun. They parted with difficulty.
We managed to get sick, so for us Ivan and his wife went to the market in the evening to buy raspberries, for which special thanks to them !!!

The large room had a large very comfortable bed, a sofa (for a younger child), a large satellite TV, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioning (good, almost silent). In a small room: on one side there is a bed (for an older child), on the other - a kitchen set with a sink and an electric stove.
Hot and cold water is always available, as water is supplied from our own well. The water is very clean and tasty, you can drink from the tap. The sewer works well too. On the porch we had a table with chairs, behind which we ate. Additionally, for feasts on the territory there are two cozy gazebos with tables for 6 people and with lighting.
At first it seemed to us that it was far from the sea, we went by car, but then we walked several times. 15-20 minutes with children. This remoteness has its advantages. Firstly, silence, no noisy road and discos (those traveling with small children, this is an important factor). Secondly, clean and not salty water from the well.
