One morning, workers at 7-30 in the morning came to repair something near our house, woke us up with conversations, and still had to listen to their mumbling for 2 hours. In addition, there is a mini zoo on the territory and peacocks constantly scream there with a very nasty cry, from morning to night. A very dubious pleasure. And more flies! ! Fat, green, which climb from all the cracks, nothing helps, neither closed windows, nor nets, nor funds. There are hundreds of them in the room. The zoo only "breeds" this muck

We went to the dining room along a broken village narrow road, along which people walk and cars drive. The dining room is called the cafe "South", and the cafe looks like a large tent, on the roof of which there are numerous holes sealed with adhesive tape and when it rains, the south cafe simply floods. The territory of the boarding house itself is quite large, green and clean. The sea is clear, the beach is sandy. The bottom of the sea sand is ideal for swimming. But the impression is spoiled by the fact that 1/3 of the beach is occupied by algae, so here the staff removes these algae from the sand and dumps everything back into the sea. Of the entertainment in the boarding house, only 2 discos are provided: in the evening, for children and adults, and a pizzeria, blown from all sides by the wind. At the disco for 12 days, 2 discs were played, one with children's songs and, accordingly, the 2nd with adults. For children there is no animation, nothing. Yes, even in this boarding house, nudists-yogis are very fond of relaxing. So we were "lucky" to see them, and they lived in the main building on the territory of the boarding house, swam in the clear sea, without mud and algae, and the whole territory was occupied by them. We wanted to play billiards somehow, and there is a picture of nudist yogis standing naked and meditating, we were told not to interfere. Moreover, in the boarding house people mostly rest with families with children. Well, finally we were finished off by the fact that there was no electricity for 2 days, it rained, a thunderstorm and the light was "cut down", and no one told people for how long it was turned off. We sat without light, day, evening, night, respectively, we didn’t wash ourselves, the food in the refrigerator was all spoiled, but the administration of the boarding house did not react to this. The main building was connected from a diesel generator, and the houses sat without light, in the evening they didn’t even give out a lantern, and we went to bed by touch, bumping into furniture. So we won’t go to Sun Valley anymore and we don’t advise others.

3. On the territory there is a cafe, some entertainment for children, in the evening - a disco. All this is concentrated away from residential buildings, so it does not interfere with sleep. There is a cafe near the boarding house - there you can rent a buggy, an ATV, or sign up for diving.
4. We lived in a 5-storey building, so I will only talk about it. In principle, not bad, as they say, poor but clean. Rooms with a view of either the sea or the territory. To the sea - 50 meters. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and shared bathroom. There is a balcony. I’ll tell you about the bathroom separately: it’s tiny, sitting (sorry) on the toilet, you can easily wash yourself at the same time, there is no bath, there is a shower. In our bathroom, water was leaking from the ceiling, they didn’t notice when checking in, then they didn’t want to bother - it didn’t really bother. The water was cold and hot around the clock (although we lived on the 2nd floor, I don’t know how it is on the 5th). Garbage is cleaned every day, vacuumed once every 5 days. There are no complaints about the room itself, the furniture is in order, the windows are double-glazed windows, there is a mosquito net. Except for the bathroom, it justifies its 2-3 stars.
By the way, the building is under video surveillance. Not in the rooms, of course, but in the hallway/hall. I think it's a security measure against theft.

Summary. Ideal for a family with small children. The sea, the beach, children's entertainment - everything is fine. If you are traveling without children, you will not like it, small children scream, run around and cause a lot of inconvenience. About 80% of families were with children.
The price is too high considering the living conditions and meals. On the other hand, there is no such beach, and even close to housing, anywhere else in Olenevka, for this it may make sense and overpay.

Проживали с сыном 9 лет с 1 по 15 июля. В первых числах июля вода была на редкость холодная 16гр. , но через несколько дней потеплела и была уже 24гр. Заселились мы в городке №2, т. к. наши соседи были наши друзья, то никаких неудобств по поводу скрипа полов и шума из-за стены мы не испытывали. Домик нормальный, вода была всегда, свет отключали пару раз и очень не на долго. Еда в столовой вкусная, домашняя, без изысков, конечно, но наедались. Единственное, и я это написала в пожеланиях перед отъездом, чай не вкусный, как буд-то полынь заварили, и ещё на гарнир к мясу или рыбе давали пшенку или перловку. Официанты-молодые ребята, обслуживали нормально, столы и пол чистые. Единственное, что нам не понравилось, что из нашего городка и городка №1 надо идти до столовой по очень пыльной улице, по которой постоянно ездили машины и с ног до головы обдавали нас пылью, с пляжа мы шли по ней же.
О пляже...пляж чистый, никаких засохших водорослей и окурков не найдёте. Вода, как слеза младенца, даже в шторм. Территория очень ухоженная и красивая, много сосен, цветов, никакого мусора.
Магазинов практически нет, есть один в главном здании(пиво, вина, шоколадки, чипсы), ещё стоят пару палаток на той самой пыльной улице: одна с сувенирами и плавательными пренадлежностями, другая с продуктами. Ещё есть магазинчик чуть дальше по улице в гараже у частника, и он не очень приветливый. Ассортимент везде очень скудный, могу сказать, что средства личной гигиены я не могла найти ни в одном и просила привезти мне их из магазина Евпатории торговку, которая с машины каждый день торговала фруктами и всякой всячиной. Если оценивать в общем, то отдых в Долине тихий, спокойный в дали от цивилизации. Если вы едите с ребёнком, то вам туда. И по ценам отдых очень доступный.
О пляже...пляж чистый, никаких засохших водорослей и окурков не найдёте. Вода, как слеза младенца, даже в шторм. Территория очень ухоженная и красивая, много сосен, цветов, никакого мусора.

Ассортимент везде очень скудный, могу сказать, что средства личной гигиены я не могла найти ни в одном и просила привезти мне их из магазина Евпатории торговку, которая с машины каждый день торговала фруктами и всякой всячиной. Если оценивать в общем, то отдых в Долине тихий, спокойный в дали от цивилизации. Если вы едите с ребёнком, то вам туда. И по ценам отдых очень доступный.

The water is very clean and mirror like. Great for kids. But nutrition is the problem. It reminds me of my days in kindergarten. The service is terrible - constantly something is not reported or even forgotten about you. And how upset we were when everyone was transferred to the dining room from a cozy summer restaurant. They explained that September is a cold and snowy month in Crimea))). If other hotels had access to this beach, we would think to move there. The village of Olenevka itself, like a village))) The prices are crazy and it also stinks from the estuary. I liked Atlesh very much, but you should not go to Dzhangul - the car will be killed halfway.

Pros:
- very clean beach, crystal clear water
- good houses. New renovation in the town №3. In 1 and 2 it is worse, but there is nothing supernatural (nothing drips, does not rust, does not fall off, mice do not run)))).
- Good food until September 1st. Large portions, homemade food, delicious.
Minuses:
- there are sooooo many families with children aged from 0 to infinity, which did not make it possible to fully relax (maybe I'm picking on it and it was just worth choosing a sanatorium for "non-family")))
- after September 1, food became worse
- the sanatorium itself is located a couple of kilometers from Olenevka, i. e. arriving by bus, you need to take an additional taxi to get to it (it costs about 90 rubles)
- the market is located only in Olenevka, you had to stomp to buy fruit, wine and exchange money. By the way, oddly enough, the course in Olenevka is more profitable than in Simferopol.
- we managed to swim quite a bit, because during our stay the water temperature was 16-21 degrees and after the storm a huge number of jellyfish appeared
