We went to Nikolaevka for the first time and we did not know what exactly this village was like. I was specifically interested in the proximity of the BEACH, and not the SEA (after all, the sea without a beach can be nearby, but the beach can be an hour away). At the same time, she told the owner of the villa that a 3-year-old very active child would be with us. And all 3 times I got the same answer: yes, the beach is nearby, yes, it was washed away during the winter, but the Skif cooperative raised money and made a "chic beach nearby" (I quote). Having believed Nina Mikhailovna, I made an advance payment for a 3-bed room and we began to wait for the trip.
We arrived on June 25.2013 in Nikolaevka. Yes, the SEA is nearby, really 50-70 meters. But the beach ((((. There really is no beach there, stones are boulders, the width of the "beach" is no more than 5 meters, in some places - no more than 2 meters. It's good that the child and I went to look at the sea and the beach, and my husband My husband parked the car (and there was really no place to park it, there was a patch of 2 square meters), came to our beach, also received his sight from what he saw and we went to pick up the car and decided to go look for another place (or rather, a village) for recreation.
Here the owners began to persuade us that everyone likes it here and we act recklessly when leaving. And that their chic beach is somewhere 800-1000 meters from the villa... and in general, we can go to a good beach (where vacationers come every year and there are signs "SWIMMING FORBIDDEN" every 10 m) by bus , 10-15 minutes drive - and you are there! When we told Nina Mikhailovna and Alexander Nikolaevich that we were leaving, all the hospitality and goodwill immediately evaporated.

As for the villa itself - there are no balconies, in the description on their website - it is buried in flowers and therefore the most recognizable... well, many villas and boarding houses there are in flowers, next to the Sani villa there is an unfinished construction site, there is not much parking space.
I can’t say anything about the rooms, cleaning, we didn’t even look at the numbers, turned around and left.
And we very quickly found a place in another village, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, and we are very glad that we nevertheless spat on this reservation in the "Sani" and thus did not spoil our whole vacation.
