We rested in this hotel from 21.06. 16 to 11.07. 16. We chose it on the advice of friends who were very satisfied. Briefly about everything: 3 minutes to the sea. walk, if crawling, then 5. The rooms are very comfortable, not small. Facilities in the room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, TV (plasma), satellite dish. Two e. kettle on the floor. Microwave, hair dryer on the ground floor. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every three days, linen is changed once a week. Very polite and considerate staff. Wonderful hosts Nina Mikhailovna and Alexander Nikolaevich, who try to do everything to make the guests feel comfortable. This year, a small playground was installed for children living in the hotel. There is a brazier and three large tables for those who wish to have a pleasant evening with a bottle of excellent Crimean wine. The hotel is located away from the main street, which makes it quiet and cozy. There is no dining room at the hotel, but I think that this is just its advantage. Because cooking and storing food is still associated with certain risks (the appearance of some not very pleasant inhabitants, cockroaches, etc. . etc. ) The nearest dining room is 50 meters away. Now about the minor drawbacks (purely my opinion): balconies only on the floor (there are none in the rooms), the TV antenna did not always work, Wi-Fi on the third floor too, there are no double beds (one and a half are stacked together) and there is no little light in the rooms (t . e. nochnichkov) for those who like to read at night. Perhaps that's all. In general, we really liked the rest, and if we go there next year (at least we plan), then only to Villa Sani. Thanks to Nina Mikhailovna and Alexander Nikolaevich for their hospitality. Lena, Zhenechka and Mark.
