It so happened that we have known the private sector for a long time and have something to compare with. Objective feedback.
Let's start with the pros:
+ Hospitable hosts;
+ Good location not on the central alley;
+ The cutest house;
+ The best flower garden in all of Skif
+ Really close to the sea
+ Wi-Fi (if it can now be considered a plus or something special)
And now for the cons:
- We agreed on a room not on the first floor. We lived in a room on the first floor. There were no other places. But it would be possible to inform in advance, and not on the day of our arrival.
- Terrible housekeeping. I would say that they are not removed at all. All cleaning is a bag change in the trash can in the bathroom. Wash the sink or shower? What is there! Floor? Well, if only purely superficially in a small area free of furniture.

- No air fresheners. This is a minus. It seems not so much, but... IT IS PENSIBLE! Brooms made from some dry grass on cupboards are not a solution to the problem. Therefore, you will not feel a pleasant aroma in the room. Especially if you go back to the first minus.
- No balconies. That's the way the house is. But the recreation area is too small for all the guests and it is difficult to sit normally in the evening: you are always in front of everyone, you interfere with poor people, under whose windows there are tables. In general, it is difficult to drink Crimean wine in the evening.
- Parking. Well, it's not a parking lot. It's just a temporary free area. By the way, where they offer to put the car an anthill. And its inhabitants are not badly settled in cars.
-Sockets! The person who installed only two sockets in the room, one of which is behind the closet - is necessary... ! and then the tee is extremely strange. Most chargers fall out. Therefore, charging the phone is a problematic task. Like inserted the charge, and after 15 minutes it lies on the floor.
- Change of bed linen and towels - remind yourself.
You can rest. But I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends. If these cons do not seem significant, then feel free to go.
