We arrived as a family with a daughter at the end of June 2008, for 3 weeks.
The hosts are very friendly and hospitable, Alexander met by car at the bus station in Nikolaevka (we arrived by train to Saki, from there it took 30 minutes by bus to Nikolaevka. the worst : )
Neat well-kept courtyard, clean lobby, comfortable rooms. The rooms have air conditioning, a TV (for a child - the Jetix channel), a toilet, a washbasin and a shower - in the room, hot water around the clock, and it's really hot! ; )
Since at that time not all rooms were occupied, Nina Mikhailovna recommended the first floor as not the hottest. Indeed, with the presence of an air conditioner, we didn’t even have to turn it on : ) It is advisable to have indoor slippers - the hostess warned about this even before arrival.
Go to the sea about 100 meters (daughter herself ran : ) ), the beach is small-pebbled, not polluted, there are garbage containers.
You can dine in any of the nearby canteens and cafes (the nearest canteen is in the house opposite, they cook deliciously, the portions are normal) - there will be no problems with this.
Would recommend to anyone who appreciates a relaxing and comfortable stay! : )
