We were in the house on the third floor, the rooms were near the bathroom, during the day there was a crazy draft, plastic windows, you can’t put on ventilation, either open, so it blows everything in the room, or closed, and then hell in the room. It is problematic to sleep during the day, because people return from the beach and go to the shower-toilet, constantly slamming the doors, the daughter constantly woke up and mischievous. I forgot to say, the window sill is at the height of the knee, there was always a danger that the child could fall out, the floor is concrete below, think up the result yourself. The cost of such a room is 60 UAH per person. Kuma and Kuma were first settled in a suite for 100 UAH per person, but they took 60, because their side was that there was no room. In the suite - a small TV and a toilet with a shower, and EVERYTHING.
No air conditioning, no refrigerator (separate issue). In the house, everyone walks barefoot, apparently the owners are too lazy to clean, think about foot hygiene. 8. Cafe - food is terrible. With whom they did not communicate, everyone ate there for a maximum of two days, then they quit. Not to eat happy but to eat from them. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the chef is the mother-in-law of the owner.
And apparently, she has never been a cook - this is putting it mildly. Beer - the price is good, when compared with other establishments - a bottle of Chernihiv - 5 UAH, a kopeck piece of it - 14 UAH. Cognac - 6 UAH 50 grams, the most excellent Koktebel, thank you so much for bringing it.

Kitchen for cooking - two stoves, not enough utensils, no refrigerators, the garbage can was removed, because vacationers did not take out the garbage from the tank on their own, and this service is not included in the duties of the owner of the establishment. Now you either collect it in a bag and take it to the teahouse, or do it in some other way.
There are no ashtrays, you have to bow, ask from the tea house, look at such requests badly happy The stove is washed by vacationers at their own expense (cleaning is also not included in the duties of the owners). There is a kitchen at the back of the house, 2.5 meters wide - conveniently pancake. But there the air is better than in a tea house, it is well blown. Dishwashing detergent is not provided, or bring it from home, or buy it yourself. I have never seen such clowning anywhere, although I have traveled a lot of places. Everything is done to feed them. The problem is that we didn't mind, but the food, sorry, rubbish, the portions are small.

Refrigerator - I heard that there is a refrigerator in the neighboring houses, those that are two-story in the pictures of the boarding house, but I didn’t go there, I can only report from the reviews of other vacationers - there is a stench, there is no place, it’s not defrosted. There is nowhere for the baby to put milk. We asked to go into the owner's refrigerator, they let us in, but they looked at us as enemies of the people, then they stopped letting us in.
Then they brought a refrigerator to the first floor of the house. By the way, somewhere in the comments from the owners it was written that the refrigerator per floor is a lie, 1 in the house and 1 for two-story houses. Ie again, everything is done in order to eat from them.
11. In the end, we met the guys from Voronezh, they were scammed for money in full - they rented regular numbers twice as expensive, they then had a fight, but never did it for 60. The transfer was also very expensive.

12. Barbecue for barbecue - at first I found out by phone about its availability, they said that there is, only you need your own firewood, no problem. When we arrived, I talked with the hostess (mother-in-law), she told me that they only fry the barbecue themselves, I was outraged. Went to talk to the owner, he said that you can. The frying of the barbecue took place under his vigilant gaze, with a bunch of advice and explanations that I was doing everything wrong, as a result, the first batch burned. Yes, and they constantly urged us on, like faster, rather, you interfere with us.
It’s impossible to eat the shish kebab that the owner prepares, we didn’t order it ourselves, but we heard reviews - burnt and raw.
