And HAMs - they were always, everywhere, and it’s better to stay away from such people, but it’s better to drive them with a broom, because they are of no use, no use, but only a lot of garbage and noise, they are constantly dissatisfied with something, while being themselves they don’t represent anything, and by and large they choose vacation spots not according to their karma, and begin to be clever in order to bring down the price, to snatch something better even from another (trust me, they don’t give a damn about others) - they are simply not used to paying for comfort, for then they are ready to yell and for free.

Firstly, this is the boarding house itself, its prices, service and those people who actually provide our rest, including the staff and the owners themselves.
Secondly, a good and well-chosen menu, which is not only useful if we talk about "proper nutrition", but also tasty, even very, given that they even prepare their own pastries and very interesting dishes that you cannot find on your usual table at yourself at home.
Third, the sea. It is always different: either waves - I love just that, then quiet - that's what my children love. It is only 10 minutes from the boarding house to the sea, I personally spotted going to the sea with children (one is 6 years old, the second child is 4), while they stomped themselves. Although it is possible with other options - it really takes longer, but through the market, and there you yourself understand - there are so many interesting and tasty things that you have to stop, buy something - you yourself understand.
As I wrote above, I have been resting in this boarding house for many years, and believe me, when I went around more than 10 boarding houses in Nikolaevka, I settled on this. What I used in my choice and what main points I put great emphasis on:
1. LOCATION - many boarding houses are located on the seashore - accordingly, the prices are much higher, moreover, during the whole daylight hours, and this is from 6 am to 19 pm - there is noise and din, you know - they sell corn, shrimp, advertising of catamarans and people work - at the same time they do it with the help of powerful horns - so if we talk about peace and quiet, which you also want - you can forget here, plus they are located close to the center where Lunapark is located, and all kinds of discos that they work until 4 in the morning - so about a restful sleep, and silence - you have to forget. I think those who have children understand me the most. In addition to all this, their territory is only inside - up to the fence, because. behind the fence - immediately a roadway, markets, tents and stalls, and then you understand - you want to fly a kite - look for a place...
The POLIS boarding house is located in a quiet place, this is the south-west of Nikolaevka, in a place where there are only new buildings, and away from the center, so there is no such resort noise and the noise of discos. Nearby, new ones are still being built, so there is a field nearby where you can even arrange a football championship, but on the other hand, you can see the sea from the balcony, and everything in the area.
2. PRICES - given the fact that many people think that the closer to the sea the better, and these are people like Miser who are ready, thinking that they understand everything, to overpay, but to be closer, they think it's cool - they are mistaken and such fall on this bait, because the boarding houses there look chic from the outside, well, almost like in Turkey or Tunisia, the advertising of such boarding houses sparkles with chic rooms that are equipped with air conditioning and TVs, refrigerators, where in each room they are met by a bottle of champagne and a fruit basket. Believe me - there is no such thing - this is ONLY ADVERTISING, for such people who are ready to pay, and they themselves do not understand at all what they are paying for. If you want air conditioning in your room, you’ll have an extra cell, a TV set – one more, another refrigerator. Therefore, such people increase their own most ordinary rest, although at sea I think that you can do without a telly, and if a boarding house is built correctly, then believe me, air conditioning is actually NOT NEEDED.
In the boarding house Polis, there is a TV in the bar-teahouse, and you can lie there for at least a whole day, holding the remote control in your hands - but believe me, this is a boring thing, because we come for the sake of the sea and relaxation, and not for our favorite TV shows, which we get at home.
In the POLIS boarding house, they rest both from Ukraine and from Russia, for those who are NOT IN THE KNOW - read the laws, but I will briefly explain that any citizen of Ukraine on the territory of RUSSIA pays double, the same and vice versa, Russians on the territory of Ukraine pay double tariff - after all, there is a returnable VAT, and therefore comparing prices for foreign tourists and vacationers from Ukraine is stupid and simply impossible, especially if you yourself do not know the laws to tell others.
3. SERVICE - first of all - this is the most important human factor, and it must not be omitted, it must be put in the first place, because thanks to communication, we, as humans, are still alive. But not about this, but about the boarding house: There are no arrival dates, you can plan and book a room in advance, adjust the dates, always, in which case you can make adjustments, if possible, and the owners always go for it. When we go to rest, we travel only by trains, because we ourselves travel with children and we ourselves understand that it is much more convenient and comfortable than bus rides - I think you will agree with me. When we arrive at the station, we are met by minibuses and taken directly to the boarding house, exactly the same way and back, when we leave home, we are taken to the railway station. And believe me, those who went on their own for the first time understand that locals greet any tourist like a PURSE filled with money and at any convenient moment for them, they are ready to catch you for a tidy sum. Those minibuses that go to Nikolaevka are located about a couple of kilometers from the railway station. Now imagine yourself with suitcases, with children and still getting to this train station. Those who stand at the station are tearing off three skins, and besides that, standing on one leg, holding their suitcases in their teeth. If we are talking about comfort - then here you can offer a taxi - but you will have to pay a very tidy sum, why? Therefore, there is a TRANSFER - organized delivery to the boarding house and back (transport is specially ordered for this and comfortable delivery to the boarding house is provided - in 40 minutes you are already in the boarding house)
4. NUTRITION - well, how we eat at home - everyone knows this, and not many people even know what “proper nutrition” is. So that's what I'll tell you, how much we did not rest in the Polis boarding house, not a single dish is repeated in a week, and you can list for a very long time what I have already managed to try, that's just for this trip:
1st course: Ukrainian borscht, rice soup, noodle soup, potato soup, pea soup, vegetable soup, pickle. . .
2nd course, side dishes: boiled potatoes, country style potatoes, french fries, boiled rice, pilaf, baked potatoes with meat and vegetables, scrambled eggs with meat, dalma with beet leaves, samsa, barbecue, steaks cooked over a fire…
Desserts, salads, drinks: pancakes with apricots, cherries, strawberries, homemade cakes - fruit pie, vegetable salad, fruit salads, salad with crab sticks, signature salad, fresh cabbage salad, Greek salad, ice cream with fruit and whipped cream, milkshakes, coffee according to special recipes and teas, both green and black - prepared in a special way, constantly for lunch and dinner only fresh fruit compotes: strawberry apple, cherry and apricot and peach juices.
And to all this there is also a self-service kitchen: stoves, dishes, refrigerators, electric kettles. Please - went to the market bought - cooked - ate.
And if the boarding house is ready to provide meals that are not included in your ticket, and are not mandatory and you are not attached to it, or you can even cook yourself (for POOR tourists), although I myself bought my favorite coffee and prepared it myself - there even there is a Turkish woman, I bought shrimp in a store and boiled them myself according to my own recipe, the same thing with corn for kids. Where will you be allowed to? If in any boarding house the main source of income is: 1 - renting a bed and 2 - food. So to talk about the comment above - then the comrade is simply WRONG, saying that everything is done in order to eat at the boarding house and, as they say, “stand on the daily menu” - it turns out the opposite, where the owners respect those who, well, CANNOT pay for lunch + dinner = 60-70 UAH, and eats cooked mivina and brews tea in a bag - they respect them too, and made a self-service kitchen, providing both comfortable accommodation and self-service food, moreover, it is not necessary to sit there in the kitchen, you can calmly cook and go out like a man to a tea house and gobble up the whole thing there.

And last but not least - those who are most clever and pretend to be - it is better to let people in general. But believe me, no matter how much I came to the POLIS boarding house, I came across such people, and people - NORMAL, rested and got a real rest with comfort. And it doesn’t matter how much you earn, you must understand how much you expect, and it is the POLIS Boarding House that can create a vacation with comfort for both a WORKING WORKER and a WEALTHED person, for someone with waiters and restaurant service, and for someone a self-service kitchen - so remember this .

To begin with, I chose for a long time where to relax, because my little daughter. I stopped at Polis, I liked how the owner described everything on the phone. Then I saw a negative review, which alerted me, called, again everyone told me very well, and they said that they didn’t delete the review on purpose, because they want people to see both the pros and cons. They said that the review was left by people from the Moscow region, who even never ordered a barbecue. But in a strange way, after a day or two, the review disappeared sad Ugly.
I was offered a transfer from Simferopol for 60 UAH per person, there were six of us, a total of 360. For the sake of interest, I typed a Crimean taxi service on Google, 15 minutes of work and the transfer cost 220 UAH in an excellent minibus. I called the owner, probably my huge mistake, and offered to take us for this price, why deprive a person of earnings, but was refused and wished to get on our own.
Well, okay, we arrived perfectly.
Now let's analyze the boarding house itself point by point:
1. Distance to the sea - exactly 1000 meters. 15 minutes walking distance with a stroller. But the road passes all the time through the field, dust and the absence of shade will be your constant companion. Distance measured by odometer several times to avoid errors.
2. Teahouse - I liked it. But it is very poorly blown by the wind, as a result - stuffy, but tolerable. They close it, that is, they kick you out at 23-00 / 24-00 and let the big dog out
3. Evening musical accompaniment - a playing music center.
4. Billiards - absent as a concept. Somewhere at the end of the holiday, they remembered that its presence was indicated in the info on the site, it turned out that it was under repair. Well, maybe just unlucky, although they told me on the phone that he is, Russian, a big table. Abidna, yes! ! !

The rooms are equipped with modern furniture - the furniture is ordinary, the bed (we had a double bed), the mattress is hard, many other vacationers complained that it was lumpy, a bedside table, a wardrobe. We were in the house on the third floor, the rooms were near the bathroom, during the day there was a crazy draft, plastic windows, you can’t put on ventilation, either open, so it blows everything in the room, or closed, and then hell in the room. It is problematic to sleep during the day, because people return from the beach and go to the shower-toilet, constantly slamming the doors, the daughter constantly woke up and mischievous. I forgot to say, the window sill is at the height of the knee, there was always a danger that the child could fall out, the floor is concrete below, think up the result yourself. The cost of such a room is 60 UAH per person. Kuma and Kuma were first settled in a suite for 100 UAH per person, but they took 60, because their side was that there was no room. In the suite - a small TV and a toilet with a shower, and EVERYTHING.
No air conditioning, no refrigerator (separate issue). To the question, what kind of suite is this, the answer was received - why is it there sad By the way, if you are settled on the third floor, you will curse everything in the world from descents and ascents. In the house, everyone walks barefoot, apparently the owners are too lazy to clean, think about foot hygiene. Inaccurate information was provided about the bathrooms - not 1 per block of three rooms (there are no blocks as such), but two per floor, there are 8 rooms on the floor.
Relocation of godfathers from the suite - I'll just say, the owners wanted them to hang out with us until the room was free, so that people who came to the suite did not have to wait. The focus failed, where you sit on me, you get up there.
