My family and I live in Novosibirsk, far enough from Nikolaevka, so I chose a vacation spot in the Crimea for a long time, mainly based on the reviews of tourists and personal correspondence. I will try to write enough complete and maybe useful information for someone. My vacation with two children (13 and 2 years old) lasted 3 weeks, they returned home tanned, rested and, of course, satisfied. We lived for 3 days in the 2nd "Children's" building, the rest of the days - in the first "Sleeping" building. I'll post the differences right away. The 2nd building is located closer to the beach, the promenade and, accordingly, to the cafes that are located there. Therefore, in the evenings it was quite noisy, the music is very audible, although this did not prevent the baby from falling asleep at all. As for the numbers. In the 2nd building in the rooms there is no kettle, hair dryer, knife. Ironing board on the floor, kettle and iron at the desk. In our room (117), the plumbing was in good condition, a new shower. There were no problems. Cleaning was carried out daily and at a convenient time for us (both in the first and second buildings). Beach towels and bedspreads are issued to each vacationer. The staff are all friendly and have never experienced any rudeness. In the 1st building in the room there was no carafe for water, after my request they brought it right away. A trifle but nice. Lived in number 508. The shower cabin did not close, the curtain hung, the "watering can" in the shower was dead. There were no more complaints about the room, however, as well as to the attendants. The view was on the "sunny" pension, standing on the balcony you could see the sea, and at night you could hear the sound of the waves. So great! In the "Solnechny" concerts, discos were also held every evening, but at exactly 23 hours - silence! Missed check-in. It passed very quickly, without any misunderstandings, etc. , etc. On the day of arrival, the guards had information about visitors, they asked for their full names and let them into the territory without any problems explaining where to go for registration. The territory is large enough, very well-groomed (every corner), flowers, trees, everything - we went admiring with the children! And what air! and sea. . . Sea! I can't say that I was disappointed, it just turned out to be different than I expected. The water temperature ranged from 25 to 19 degrees. (which I did not expect for the month of August). The beach is 2-tiered, the entrance to the sea is pebbles (slippers for swimming are very useful for those who are not comfortable). The depth starts somewhere already from 2 meters from the shore. The water is clear, though jellyfish were observed all the time. A couple of times it was impossible to swim at all - real jelly! And one more thing: if you really want to swim, you need to come to the beach in the morning. Waves start in the afternoon. Garbage except for cigarette "bulls" was not found. Toilets are decent enough, trash cans are present. Cleanliness is constantly monitored. As for nutrition. Yes, the food is an ordinary dining room (potatoes, buckwheat, pasta, meat is more often beef) BUT: for lunch there are always 2 soups and 2 main courses to choose from. Every day dairy products (kefir, fermented baked milk, sour cream, cottage cheese), fruits, vegetables, herbs (green onions, dill, parsley, lettuce, basil). In Nikolaevka they bought only melons and watermelons. The rest was enough. They also give a lot of sweets. They brought home a whole package of chocolates and sweets. The service is quite fast, there are high chairs in the hall. My child eats slowly, they were the last to leave, while no one was in a hurry. By the way, every day there are activities for both adults and children. Cartoons in the evening, then a movie. There was no time to be bored. Swimming pool. There were no problems either, certificates for children were with them. The pool is open from 8 to 20, but the slides are from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 18. The water in the pool is fresh. The spa is open until 21:00, which is also convenient. Despite the fact that Nikolaevka is in the steppe zone and I was tormented by allergies, next year we are going to Radiant again! We really liked it. Recommended for a quiet family holiday with children. And one more thing: the territory is very well guarded, outsiders are not allowed.
