For example, on the way back we hired a bus at the bus station (it turned out 600 rubles per family). Initially, we booked 3 rooms in a row on the 1st floor (11.12, 13), as a result, 13 was occupied. (I felt sorry for these people from number 13, after all, listening to such a large company with children for days on end, although initially it was possible to give them a distant number 14 for their own comfort - again, a big minus for the director). The room on the day of arrival turned out to be dirty - dust in the closet, sand under the bed, dirt, a forgotten piece of chess, pieces of paper, etc. After the remark, the maid washed everything, and brought towels for the face and hands upon request.
I want to express my gratitude to the only person in this hotel responsible for households. part of Zinaida, especially for attention, because the director Irina Sharonova, after the terrible service in the dining room, dirty rooms, did not even apologize and did not take any measures to eliminate the disgrace in the dining room in terms of service and customer service, to us not once after the incident did not come and say goodbye after the rest. We initially focused on complex nutrition? and its availability in the dining room (back in February, the availability of complex meals was discussed, on the website there is a coffee bar with complex meals and individual meals), (ordered for a specific time from the evening for breakfast, or got up at 7 in the morning in turn (many did not get enough sleep ) at the request of the administrator Alena, in the morning for lunch, and in the afternoon for dinner. ) Only 2 times in 15 days the waiters served us on time.

We expressed dissatisfaction and indignation on the issue of hourly service to the administrator and director, but the situation has not changed.

Once we didn’t pay for breakfast, because the cash register didn’t work, we decided to pay for lunch, everyone was so scared that when our company came for lunch, there were signs with room numbers on the table, everything was covered, and the waiters us called for lunch - we were shocked, delighted and already hoped that this would be the case every day, but the next day they forgot to serve us lunch, because there was a change of waiters. 5 days before departure, we still could not stand it and ate in a nearby dining room - it is called a dining room (on the way to the central beach, because there is no beach opposite the hotel (the site indicates Location: We are located in the very center of Nikolaevka , on the first line from the sea, 50 meters from the beach.

Cars are constantly parked in the yard opposite the rooms of building 1, once the car was washed right in the yard - not very pleasant for vacationers. Apparently, Irina Sharonova writes all other reviews herself or visitors of such a level that no one cares about service, service and indifferent attitude towards guests. With us, visitors ordered dinner in the room for a fee and were indignant why the waiters did not clean the dishes. Either way, don't eat there.
