We were in hotels and boarding houses in Russia, and for the kind of money that we paid in the boarding house "Zenith" living conditions would be much higher! I would like to say separately about the maid: for 14 days of our stay in the boarding house. The linen was never changed for us, the toilet bowl, sink and shower cabin were not washed once, the floor was washed once. But every morning we were awakened by the cries of the maid, who could not speak quietly. For example, while relaxing in Russia, we not only did not hear or see the maids, but there was order and bed linen was changed daily. but there are pluses: we really liked the work of the animator Alina. The man does his job conscientiously, the children are very happy. The composition of the cafe-bar works well, I especially want to mention the waitress Sasha and the lifeguard from the beach Vlad. People do their job perfectly.

The first time I was told that the director was consulting with lawyers, and the second time they sent me a refusal to return the money. The argument for refusal was the period during which the child was in the infectious diseases department. It was interpreted by the director of the boarding house as that the child got sick (poisoned) the day after leaving the boarding house, and we just left.

As a result, we had to move 3 times, not counting room 108, in which we did not even unpack our things. By the way, the rooms facing north (odd) are much more spacious than those facing south (even), but for some reason they are hotter.
As for the food, for my taste it is at a fairly good level. A lot of vegetables, meat, too, has always been: pork, beef, chicken. The only thing is, if you come closer to the end of lunch, breakfast, then there may not be enough food. And there were few fruits, we got them three times, we had to stand in line for them, it's unpleasant. It was just as unpleasant when I moved in. We paid for the ticket, I think, quite a penny (travel, accommodation and 2 meals a day) We bought a ticket at the Poltava travel agency, they have also been working with this boarding house for several years.
