Yes, because on the way to the Crimea (we traveled from Donetsk) we didn’t eat anywhere, didn’t buy anything in Morskoye itself, and didn’t eat anywhere except the dining room of the boarding house, only me and the child swam in the sea on the first day, my wife could not swim after the operation. By the end of the third day, my wife and I had no problems with the intestines, but the child only got worse, he had a high temperature. We decided to leave the boarding house the next morning. When leaving, I asked to return the money to me in two days, because. leaving for a good reason, not because we felt like it. I was told that they could not return the money and offered to write an application addressed to the director. Later, the director called me and said that in order to return the money, I need confirmation that the child was really poisoned. The child was already in the infectious ward. Later I sent a certificate from the hospital. Further, my statement was ignored by the management of the boarding house until I started writing letters. The first time I was told that the director was consulting with lawyers, and the second time they sent me a refusal to return the money. The argument for refusal was the period during which the child was in the infectious diseases department. It was interpreted by the director of the boarding house as that the child got sick (poisoned) the day after leaving the boarding house, and we just left.

In general, we have only bad associations with the rest in the boarding house "Zenith". The attitude of the management of the boarding house to customers, to put it mildly, is disrespectful.
