rooms - cozy, many rooms with sea view (see photos), bathroom is clean and modern, there is air conditioning, refrigerator, about 2/3 rooms with loggias or balconies;
food - without high frills, but varied and tasty.

acoustic comfort - it is quiet here (my rooms overlooked the sea), unobtrusive sound of the surf or wind in the foliage;
for children - games and activities are organized, parents can relax;
treatment - did not use, but saw the premises, the people in them and the price list;

We are here for the second time. We like that here you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. In addition, right behind the fence of the park hotel is Miskhor Park, known for its healing properties. Through it, by the way, runs a path to the sea. At the same time, the park is not so dense as to be a labyrinth of paths. On the street (20 meters across the territory) there are 2 shops and many stalls with vegetables and fruits. In the same place, 1 stop of public transport in the direction of Alupka is the Ai-Petri cable car, and 2 stops are the cellars of Massandra and the Vorontsov Palace. And in the other direction (to Yalta), ~ 5 km Swallow's Nest and ~ 10 km - Livadia Palace. You can walk to the Yusupov Palace (less than 2 km). And in the evening on the balcony it is great to spend time with a glass of wine.
