Good afternoon! We are currently in this location. The hotel itself is good, you can see, of course, that it is not fresh. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need. Significant and huge minus - no elevator. I can’t even imagine how you can carry suitcases up to the 5th floor. We just put the essentials in bags and took them away, since the stay is short. Nevertheless, it is very tiring to go uphill from the beach and then climb the stairs to the reception and then another 5th floor. A card to the beach is also issued one, which is not very convenient. Plus, in addition to the card, one clip is given for entry: also a minus. The beach itself is definitely not suitable for families with children. There are 3 pools, but they belong to another hotel, but we are also allowed to swim, but sunbathe in another area. But it's tolerable.
The most interesting! In our room there is a jacuzzi, we decided to try it. They put water to be drawn, they themselves sat in the living room. After 10 minutes, they smelled burnt wiring, opened the bath, and smoke began to pour out from there. The husband quickly ran to the reception, as there is NO phone in the room !!! ! From 5 to 1 floor is not very pleasant to run. We waited 10-15 minutes. By the way, the light turned off on the entire floor, where there were vacationers in other rooms. I could not stand it and went to the reception, I was just surprised by this silence. There was only a duty officer downstairs, I called the administrator, she calmly sat in the bar, relaxing and watching football. She was surprised at this news, but did not deign to get up immediately. I returned to the room, called the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The repairman finally came to us, looked and left. I again went to the reception, because the time was already late and I wanted to sleep from the road. It would not be possible to sleep in this room, it was necessary to look for another one. Just at that moment, an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations came and the administrator, the hostess (just approached), interrupting me, began to say that they say there is nothing. Although the administrator did not even deign to go up there. This I had to run from 5 to 1 floor. THIS IS GOOD!!! ! As a result, the application will be verified. Since the smoke detectors on the floor did not work, although the door was open by us so that the smoke would come out.
We were given another room on the same floor, lower category. As they said: either this or the standard. The owner didn't even apologize. Then, when they gave the light and we moved things to another room, the administrator got up. Thanks a lot!
