The room has an unpleasant heavy smell of dampness and mustiness. The first room is still nothing - a bedroom, the furniture is not bad. The view, however, is not on the garden, as it was positioned, but on the lawn with parking. The second room is a tin. Sofa and armchairs Bordeaux with gold are in gray covers! On the wall is a cheap, poorly showing TV. View from the window - into the wall with some kind of rusty piece of iron. Okay, let's go to the sea. The beach turned out to be common, full of people, many parents with children. Yelling, screaming. You can lie only on your brought bedspreads. The hotel at some distance from the sea has 3 tents with several sunbeds. Nearby is the pool area. It turned out that the pool area does not even have a toilet. That is, from the beach, or from the pool to the toilet, you need to run to the room! The food in the cafe is monotonous, tasteless, of poor quality. Reminds the pioneer camp of Soviet times. The well-groomed territory of the hotel is combined with islands of mismanagement, with uncut grass, abandoned rusty pieces of iron. No entertainment at the hotel. But at the reception desk there is a duty sheet with a list of events that are not held. Service at the hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid. We certainly won't be staying at this hotel again and won't recommend it to anyone.

For the first time in Crimea, we drove with caution. When we stepped into the territory, we froze: the sea is in the palm of your hand, the beach is white sand, the pool is huge, the plants are exotic. An animator worked with the child (special thanks to her !!! ), a playground right at the canopy on the beach, next to the shower. The child ate well and slept well, after dinner I had to wake him up. Food to order from the menu. The staff is very attentive, the linen is excellent, cleaning every day. On the first day, they rushed to take sunbeds, but then they realized that the hotel had its own beach and there were enough free sunbeds for everyone, there was plenty of space on the beach under a canopy and you didn’t need to take anything. Unusual place in Crimea!! ! We recommend to everyone who is looking for a quiet, family vacation by the sea. I am attaching a photo for clarity. They have grace - a 20-year-old agave has blossomed, it is huge, an arrow up to the 3rd floor.

The restaurant is a nightmare, the prices are overpriced by 4-5 times, but there is nothing to eat. Walk to the beach from the building for about 10 minutes in the sun and not a well-groomed area. There is no private beach! Naturally, no one is guarding him! ! There is no entertainment! stayed 2 days and left, lost 300 dollars, but not the whole holiday was ruined! I do not advise anyone! Popovka is a hole, I haven’t seen a worse place, we won’t go again. I agree with all the negative reviews about Villa Gavan, I hoped that all this was not objectively written, but alas....Money is lost, the mood is ruined!

People take a glass of beer and sit all evening, no one dances. And around in other more accessible places - fun until the morning for every taste.
- there is NOTHING for children on the territory, that is, NOTHING AT ALL! there were two simple trampolines, but they were removed. In general, I got the impression that if you, God forbid, start using something on the territory of the hotel, it will be taken away from you. So we were kicked out of the pool, so the trampoline was removed from under our noses. This despite the fact that both the playground and the pool were promised to us. And we paid very dearly. In the evening, the kids have nothing to do at all. If our three-year-old somehow managed with his own toys in the room, then older children loiter on a patch near the porch and get bored...

In general, one gets the impression that vacationers are not supposed to be among this decoration, they somehow interfere. It is clearly desirable for the hotel management that they should not be seen or heard.
- you can't even buy a bottle of water on site, only in the restaurant.
In general, it's okay to rest, but for this money you can relax in the nearest hotels much better, that's for sure - food, air conditioning, and entertainment. We went to the nearest hotels and looked at everything. And we regretted that we chose Villa Gavan on the Internet.

There is no noise in the hotel calmly, measuredly, no need to take a place on the beach, sun loungers free, sun from dawn to dusk, in the morning you can make jogging along the edge of the sea at least 10 km.
