It's already been negative. After checking in, we were fed and we went to the beach. There was a hammock there, we decided to take the children for a ride there, they got in, the children didn’t have time to get up from there when the hostess came up and took off the hammock, in the next 2 days of our stay she did not consider it necessary to “return” it. The next irritating factor was the behavior of the kitchen staff, when you ask them for something, they get so much dissatisfaction... they asked to warm up the soup for the children (they brought it with them), so they listened to a lot of everything. When they wanted to eat on the street, they began to say that it was forbidden.
Separately, I would like to mention the breakfasts, if you can call it that. On the 1st day, we were given a small portion of semolina (I haven’t eaten it for 25 years) and a tiny bun, EVERYTHING! No slice of bread and butter, no scrambled eggs, no piece of cheese. . . on the 2nd day (for breakfast! ) macaroni sprinkled with a little cheese. . . if you call it a miserly portion, then it's nothing to say. . . for understanding child 1.4 ate the whole "portion" for a year, what can you say about an adult? Oh yes, another whole 2 small pancakes were given!
They can order dinner. We did not order it, the prices are quite high. According to other vacationers with whom we met, dinner for 3 people (1 adult and 2 children) came out in the region of 2500 rubles. The only thing I would like to express my gratitude to the owner, when we asked for a knife, a board, a bowl and a spatula for the barbecue, he provided it to us, he at least reacted to our requests. We no longer had the desire to contact the kitchen workers.
I would like to note the constant look of the hostess on you... it says directly "when will you get out of here. " On the day of our departure, from the very morning, as soon as she saw us, she regularly said that we had to leave before 12. In order not to lie, we were told this 4-5 times in a couple of hours. And when it was 11-30 she came again and asked when we would release the room... to which she was told that we still have half an hour. In response, we heard that we should release him sooner.
And when we started to leave, the cherry on the cake was waiting for us! Before getting into the car, we went to rinse our feet from the sand (at the entrance to the house there is a shower for this), she ran up (she ran up, but didn’t come up) and said that we have no right to use water, since we are not theirs guests and turned off the tap !!!
What can we say about our room... it is under the roof and all the walls are "beveled" there. When you go to the toilet, you have to bend your head, otherwise you simply "will not get up" there. The same with the balcony, it is sloping. 2 people will be able to sit there, the rest simply won’t fit in or you have to sit on the floor, otherwise you run into the roof. TVs - probably from the 90s... for some reason they considered it necessary to put air conditioning in only one room, while others suffer from the heat (considering that the room under the roof itself you understand how hot it is). The TV said "no signal" half the time and the kids couldn't watch cartoons. WI FI 80% of the time does not work... it is written that there is a signal, but in fact nothing is loaded. We were on the mobile internet all the time. The children's mattress on which the child slept on one side was covered in mold, on the other side it was covered in brown spots. To our comment on the mattress, they answered us: "we'll figure it out! " There is a small refrigerator in which nothing fits (considering that there are two families).
Don uzav is a lake, it is not a full-fledged sea. Here the whole bottom is in the grass, here you can catch crabs. To get to a normal beach you need to go by car. Get there in 10 minutes. If you go on foot through the field, min 30-40. The owners represent the transfer, but for the money! 500 rubles one way, in total, in order to get to the sea, give 1000 rubles only for travel. Although it seemed to me that hotels provide free transfers everywhere, but this is not about Galislava. Also, there are no shops nearby.
I would like to summarize. In my opinion, this room is not worth that kind of money. With such a boorish attitude of the hostess, there is no desire to return here, the service here is zero. Therefore, if you are thinking whether to go here, I would not recommend it.

If you are not by car, getting to the sea is very inconvenient, especially in hot weather to go under the hot sun. But on the territory of the hotel there is a bay within walking distance, with a not very pleasant bottom, there are practically no waves there, the sea is not particularly felt.
Food: everything is really bad here, homemade, canteen food, there were 1-2 dishes that you could eat more or less with pleasure, and for such a price, price-quality does not match at all. Especially rice dishes are terrible, it was with such a smell that it completely discouraged appetite ??? ? if you plan to travel to the sights, with some kind of rattle and favor, they gave us dry rations, which included 2 goose liver pate, 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes, cookies and sandwiches, the only thing that was more or less normal, and then from cheap sausage. In general, nutrition is not very good.
Room: the room itself is more or less, we had a “romantic” room with a balcony, the first thing that rushed was stale sheets, they are clean, but they seem to have been washed so many times and haven’t been updated for so long that they are all worn out and lying on them is not very pleasant . On the first day of arrival, there was gift wine and water in the room, by the way, then water had to be bought additionally, there was no cooler in the hotel itself, there was a kettle with hot water, but even then the tea leaves were constantly removed, and coffee was given out only in the mornings, ordinary instant coffee. There were 2 bars of soap and 2 sachets of shampoo in the bathroom, they didn’t add bathroom attributes for the whole vacation, I had to buy everything myself. The towels are hard and have not been changed since they opened. And in the evening it’s better not to open the balcony, they didn’t warn us, and in the room we had a cloud of mosquitoes that we jumped and killed for half the night, but then, as it turned out, they didn’t bite, but still, it was not very pleasant.
There is no sound insulation, many people rest there with children, and from the very morning screams, peas, sounds like someone is running around, slamming doors, in general, you won’t get much sleep, you won’t get enough sleep . . nothing against children, but still when you go on vacation, I want to relax in comfort, so that no one interferes.
The hotel created such an atmosphere, as if we live there for 100? per day, it is even difficult to explain, there was no atmosphere of hospitality and comfort, always in some tension.
Having found out the prices and conditions, for example, in Popovka, and also spending the night in a hostel in Sevastopol, where the cost was several times lower, and the conditions are much better, they were upset that they chose Galislava.
Administrator Galina Nikolaevna constantly walked around creating some feeling of awkwardness and uncomfortable being there.
We certainly won't go there again.
