Overall, it's pretty good if you don't have anything to compare it to.

Three of us went to the Border Guard in a double suite on the 4th floor, building 1. A ticket for two adults and a 13-year-old child on an extra bed - a sofa - cost 15 thousand hryvnias for less than 10 days. Meals 3 times a day in the dining room with a customized menu.
Room: two-room suite with a large balcony - exit from both rooms - overlooking the sea. In one room - a TV, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a sofa (when unfolded, there was a very significant hole in the upholstery), a chair, a refrigerator, an ironing board, an iron, an electric kettle, a set of dishes.
In the second room there are 2 beds (with new mattresses, pillows, blankets and new bedding sets, 3 sets of towels - large for the body (or beach), for the face, for the legs), air conditioning, wardrobe (capacious enough), dressing table, air conditioning ( growled a lot). The bathroom is combined with a toilet, hot water is constant, the bathroom is large, with a shower, a washbasin, a mirror, a toilet bowl - everything is clean. The only thing that spoiled the impression was mold in the seams between the tiles. For luxury - a significant drawback. Also, the bathroom was not locked from the inside.

In the hallway - a mirror and furniture - standard.
Cleaning in the room daily, but the dust on the furniture (below and above eye level was still).
Renovation: updated furniture, repairs were made, but the carpentry did not change, which spoiled the impression very much. Curtains, paintings, chandeliers - nice to see. The carpet is, of course, stained.
But in general, the impression of the room is not bad: light, clean, comfortable, the air is fresh.
The view from the balcony is a stunning view of the sea, in front of us is a cedar, behind it is the sea, the air is clean. Only for this we are ready to go again))) On the balcony there are 2 plastic chairs, a table, a towel dryer. But we replaced the plastic chairs with those that were in the room - we enjoyed the view with comfort).
Beach: there are 1000 steps to it... That says it all))) The first time we hardly found our way to the beach, there are not enough signs. The path runs through the Livadia Palace. It took 20 minutes to get to the beach. As a walk - just amazing (at the same time, my legs let us down), a walk through a coniferous forest. It’s a bit far to go to the elevators, and besides, it’s expensive, 1 lift on the elevator is 3 hryvnias, lifts are 3, i. e. per person - 9 hryvnia one way. Pensioners are taken free of charge by minibus (clearly on schedule), if they didn’t have time, they were late, everyone is brought from the beach by minibus, in turn. Walking up is much more difficult than going down - I do not advise)
The beach is clean, there is a bar, toilets, the beach is closed (according to the Sanitary Books), a common canopy and terrible wooden sunbeds, pretty battered by time. The sea is clean. In general, the impression of the beach is good.

Meals: we ate in the dining room with a customized menu (suites and junior suites) - a TV room, air conditioning, light and clean. The waiters. . . in general, the service is 3 points. After talking with some waiters, there was a feeling that we were annoying them with our presence. If, God forbid, you come 15 minutes before the end of feeding - under a closer look there is a chance to turn into a pile of ashes)))
Weird drink situation. Boiling water is served in a teapot, sometimes you had to beg for boiling water on neighboring tables. The menu was annoying - ordering a few days in advance, you need to put a tick in the leaflet with the name of the dishes (a peasant was "settled" at the table for a couple of days - we had a confusion with the dishes). Upon arrival, for several days you eat "what God sends" - a regular dish, as the menu is ordered several days in advance. In general, the portions are small, there is very little meat (men complained), but for women - just right. There are 3 dishes on the menu, so you are unlikely to leave hungry, = take cookies, juices, fruits with you. In general, food for four.
On the territory there is a cafe with barbecue, etc.
Territory: pleasantly pleased. Beautiful, clean, green, flowers, palm trees, benches, swings, fitness equipment on the territory and in the hall, billiards, tennis, chess, cinema, discos. In the medical building they serve until 13.00, there are queues for doctors. Therefore, they did not use the services of the medical base - either the beach or treatment. The beach won
Almost daily we went for a walk to Yalta, the minibus stops right under the gates of the sanatorium - 5 hryvnia per person, or not far from the Livadia Palace (along a different route). The main thing is to be in time for dinner (from 19.00 to 20.00).
In general, we liked the rest. For the family, it's the best. But, in my opinion, for such a service - too expensive. If I can't find anything better for the same money, this year we'll go to the Border Guard again.
P. S. WI-FI catches only at the reception...
