For a long time we chose hotels for a holiday in Yalta. Viewed very strictly, I wanted a spacious room with a balcony (to have a good view), as well as with normal furniture and a decent bathroom. Accidentally stumbled upon the Guest House SV. The long awaited vacation has finally begun. Arrived at the hotel, settled =)
Pros: Inexpensive, only 600 hryvnia per day (and this is in season! ) for a one-room junior suite. There is covered car parking. Not far from Yalta - about 10 minutes drive to the center, walk to the central embankment for 20-30 minutes. Not far from the sea - 8 minutes on foot. If you are by car, then there are many different interesting places nearby - Massandra, Nikitsky Garden, Skazka Zoo, Swallow's Nest and Ai-Petri check-in. There is a pass to the beach of the hotel "Chernomorye" - everything is neat there. WiFi is available throughout the hotel. A large room with a high ceiling (we got 505), the furniture in it is new, tastefully selected, everything is in the theme. There is a refrigerator, a large LCD TV, a large mirror. huge windows on the entire wall (with dark curtains) and a spacious balcony with plastic furniture. Clothes dryer, air conditioner. Very neat bathroom, good plumbing, everything is clean and beautiful. Hot water around the clock, because. there is a water heater. The room has a refrigerator and a kettle with cups. Breakfast is included in the price and it's until 10:30! at least you can sleep =) For breakfast, 1-2 types of cereal to choose from + sliced ham or sausage, cheese, boiled egg, cucumbers and tomatoes + tea / coffee to choose from, you can with milk. FOR additional fee, an extended menu is possible. The cafe in the hotel is good, we ate there a couple of times. Friendly staff, answered all questions with a smile.
Cons: No iron and hair dryer in the room, had to ask at the reception. The parking lot is very small, the places are ok, but you can't turn around. We arrived in a big car (BMW 740), it was hard to park it - the neighbors parked normally on OK =) There was no guard at the gate. For some reason, for some reason, they constantly gave oatmeal or buckwheat =) semolina porridge once in total. A little expensive menu in their cafe, we went to dinner in Yalta. If you are not by car, then in the evening it is difficult to get to the hotel - there is almost no lighting in the area around the hotel.
