This summer we rested in the Crimea and stayed at the "House at the Pier". The hotel is perfectly located: going down the comfortable stairs from the building, you get to the embankment! 2 minutes - and you are at sea! The rooms are cozy, conveniently located and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay: bathroom with shower, refrigerator, TV.

The rooms and the hotel itself are clean and comfortable! The friendly charming maid Anna monitors the cleanliness and timely cleaning, change of towels and linen! The owner of the hotel is very friendly, kind and helpful!

Rested with two families with children. I liked it very much. Good hotel, friendly hosts, very comfortable. There are few rooms, so there are not many people. Car parking provided. The sea is very close. There are many cafes on the embankment for different levels of income. There was only one BUT - this is the music from the bars screaming at night.

Were in this hotel from 07-13 September with a child (1.2 years). We all really enjoyed it! The owner is calm and attentive. The rooms are clean, well maintained, everything works, the furniture is new, the TV shows. Cleaning was done every other day. The balcony overlooked the sea, the beach is really close.

Of the shortcomings, we can only say that there is nowhere to put things from the suitcases.
We are glad we chose this hotel.

June 14 returned from Kurotny. I report, there are no people at all. absolutely empty cafes, 20 people on the beach. Fine! because you know what the terrain is - concrete and stones, I can’t imagine how people will rest here in July-August, when, according to the stories of the sellers, the temperature will reach 50-60 degrees.

June 14 returned from Kurotny. I report, there are no people at all. absolutely empty cafes, 20 people on the beach. Fine! because you know what the terrain is - concrete and stones, I can’t imagine how people will rest here in July-August, when, according to the stories of the sellers, the temperature will reach 50-60 degrees. but in Koktebel and in the new world there are already people. stopped at the "House at the pier" (it is in the internet). the hotel is not bad, it’s no longer possible to live closer to the sea + view from the terrace! but not cheap (although for Russians it may be normal), and they could clean the room more often. an important advantage (for the Crimea) water is hot and cold around the clock and with such pressure that the tap was blown off! And they have a cute cat too! eats only moths and grasshoppers! cafe - everything is crap, they cooked it themselves, since basil, tomatoes are sold, and we brought feta. Tatar cafes, which in past years offered high-quality, albeit fatty food for reasonable money, unfortunately have become lazy and drive the same thing as the Russians - mivina. a particularly greedy cafe by the river (I don’t remember the name - there is a cheap "Sultan" shine) surprised me with the desire to earn money even on bread - there are no such small pieces anywhere! in a cafe near the pier, it’s just not tasty (there is billiards on the second floor), and pita bread is made from unusable flour (it gives off the smell of alcohol from pita bread). a normal cafe in the kitchen immediately after this - a rendezvous - there are very pretty girls, I didn’t even think that I would eat such a delicious okroshka in the Crimea! but the interior is, of course, horror, the cafe is for rent, this is understandable. still a normal point, but this is not a cafe, but a fast food canteen - at the exit to the paved on the embankment from the bridge immediately to the left, Tatar.
well, I won’t say anything about how they wash dishes in all the cafes on the coast...
but the main thing in the resort
