IT'S NOT SO BAD!!!!
1. From Simferopol railway station can be reached by private minibuses. The attack begins with the train, prices are called cosmic. Do not be fooled, we were told the price to Miskhor was 100 UAH per person, in the end we agreed on 50 UAH. You can get there by regular mini bus Simferopl-Simeiz (30 UAH), landing from the bus station at the railway station, runs often. It will also take you directly to the sanatorium. And do not listen to anyone that you need to travel with transfers, far from the sanatorium, etc.
2. Numbers:
I was surprised by the negative reviews about the resort. After reading, we tuned in to the Soviet hunger rest, but there was nowhere to go, we needed the Crimean air and the amendment of health. But upon arrival, we were surprised by the written negative.

Settlement - at the reception, mindful of elevators and bad rooms, very politely and "convincedly" asked for a good room and not high. As a result, we got a great room with a sea view. We took the usual standard, since we were not going to be there, except for nights.
The room is new, everything is clean, the furniture is new, 30 channels, among them there are Russian ones, there is no kettle, the bed and towels are snow-white, everything is like on the site. Rooms overlooking the mountains are also good - the view is beautiful, in summer it is not so hot.
The room was cleaned every day. Yes, the bed was not changed for us in 10 days, probably because of the holidays. Someone wrote that they should almost every day. No one owes you anything - this is not a 5 * hotel or even 4 * (in fours they change every 3-4 days). Towels were changed. And in general, if you ask a maid, they won’t refuse you anything, everything will change.
Dear vacationers, no one has canceled courtesy and gratitude yet !!! ! Well, why, tell me, if you are abroad, you always leave tips for maids, waiters (as is customary all over the world). Why is Crimea worse? Well, is it really a pity for money? I will not believe. There are such meager salaries throughout Crimea, but in the sanatorium, believe me, everyone smiles at you and tries to please you. People, let's be humane and smile more often and not spoil our vacation.
Perhaps my vacation was a success and I have no significant complaints because I understood where I was going - it's not even Turkey or Egypt - it's Crimea with the old Soviet heritage in the form of sanatoriums of those times (but the shifts are noticeable), or maybe I got into the off-season when the sanatorium is not crowded (although there were few free rooms) and the staff is not yet twitchy. So if we want to be licked for days and the All Inclusive system is at least Turkey or sanatoriums and hotels of Crimea, where the price starts per day from 150 USD. from man to infinity…. .

Although I understand the indignation of those people who took vouchers from agencies with a big markup in price, and not directly from the sanatorium (all prices are on the ai-petri website, you can not take and not pay for treatment) - you can understand them when you pay the price is like for 5 * and you get a Soviet sanatorium.
Having looked at other sanatoriums of this price category, I will say that Ai-Petri has a winning price / quality ratio: the service is not bad, the treatment is normal, the territory is licked, the beach and its comfort are unrivaled.
3. Territory:
Dear vacationers, if you suffer from cardiovascular diseases or because of a disease of the musculoskeletal system it is very difficult for you to walk, it will not be easy for you in the sanatorium, as you have to walk a lot. Although the territory is beautiful, green and very compact, there are not a few steps. It's still UBK!!!! ! everything is built on steep rocks, sometimes at an 80-degree slope and you have to walk a lot. Dining room on the 1st and 3rd floors - there is no elevator, from the beach you also have to go up the steep stairs. Yes, and with the elevators still strained. The result is that in 10 days I pumped up the muscles on my legs in a way that I could not have done in the fitness room even in 3 months. But it’s good for health. The flat area is Evpatoria, Saki, Sevastopol, Sudak, etc.
4. Treatment:
The treatment suited me, my doctor was not greedy to prescribe procedures, and everything is free. Paid procedures only non-traditional methods of treatment, dentist. So I didn't meet any resistance. The medical staff is mostly very, very polite, although the salary is meager, but everyone values their places.
In addition to treatment, you can do an examination, tests. Although, for your information, they don't have an ultrasound yet. Someone wrote about the inconvenient work schedule of medical offices - here you need to decide: either you are being treated, or you go on excursions or lie on the beach. There, one nurse (in order to save money, of course) works alternately for 2-3 rooms, but in general you can always agree on a schedule that is convenient for you. The pool is great, although not open during the summer.
5. Nutrition.

Our food was not commercial, since we are slender girls, and one of the commandments of the spa visitor is to lose weight in the sanatorium min. for 3 kg. J)) We were told that compared to last year, they have changed both the quality of food and, it seems, part of the canteen staff.
REMEMBER - sanatorium nutrition is diet food by definition, and there can be no other! Everything suited us and everything was enough, and quite tasty. Although I understand men who love to eat, perhaps it will not be enough, but no one who came for the supplement hit their hands and did not refuse the supplement.
6. Excursions:
Excursions were not taken in the sanatorium, we went ourselves, and the Crimea has already traveled up and down. To the Vorontsov Palace, 20 minutes on foot, next to the Massandra tasting room. To the cable car - 10 minutes on foot. Buses 27 and 32 often go to Yalta past Livadia, Swallow's Nest.
7. Check-out at 12.00. A minibus goes from the sanatorium at 9.00 and at 18.00 to the railway, but who doesn’t like this time, there is a Miskhor bus station below Ai Petri, you take tickets for the Simeiz-Simferopol flight in advance and a minibus with suitcases picks you up near the sanatorium (otherwise they tell you in the sanatorium that you need to go through Yalta on 27 and 32, so not a single minibus will pick you up with your suitcases, you just won’t fit in)
P. S. On May 1 sunbathed freely, but the sea +15.
Entertainment for young people is not suitable, I would say animation for those who are over...., but this is a sanatorium.
I wish you a good rest and good mood and smile more, and if something is wrong, create a good rest for yourself, everything can be corrected in time.
