Upon arrival at the hotel, we fell into a stupor and a state of shock - there is no water, the beach, the pool does not work. There was no water for 1.5 days. The pool was up and running in 5 days. The beach was opened on 26.06. Our room was more or less decent in building 11. The drain in the toilet bowl did not always work, there was a problem with water pressure, wi-fi does not work well, the signal periodically disappears, does not show TV. There is no soap or shower gel in the shower. The food is ok, no frills. In general, the prices for the hotel are raised, there is no corresponding service, repairs are needed.
