The resettlement took place in this way. We arrived late in the evening. We were offered 2 rooms - either on the 1st floor or on the 6th, but the elevator does not work. Perplexed, we looked at the room on the 1st floor - instead of a plywood window, a wonderful story. Having climbed to the 6th floor on foot with a one and a half year old child in their arms, they saw that the room seemed to be nothing. But when we settled in, we found that there was no toilet paper, soap, shampoo. They went down and asked to give it out (!!! ). Further more. For three days our room was not cleaned. When we started asking to do so, cleaning took place on the 6th day of our stay. The carpet that lay on the floor left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. There was no kettle to heat water in the room either, had to buy one. We bought toilet paper and soap ourselves. Towels were changed only on request. We asked for a washbasin. We were given it. From dark gray after I peeled it off, it turned into white. THIS IS JUST A PIG'S ATTITUDE TO PEOPLE!! ! The dining room is another story altogether. Not a buffet, imposed menu, small portions, tasteless food (shoddy). After this "meal" I had to really leave hungry and look for a decent cafe. By the way, a local taxi driver said that in the evenings he saw kitchen staff periodically leaving work with large bags. To all the problems and questions, we only heard "well, here we are like this. " Yes, by the way, wifi is only on the 1st floor. It is not in the rooms. And (CHECK IT OUT!!! ) the swimming pool for the residents of the boarding house is PAID!! ! This can be regarded as arbitrariness. In general, these were lost 2 weeks of a long-awaited vacation, which, thanks to this boarding house, turned into hell. I wish the leadership of this bedbug to kill themselves against the wall. And I promise to spread this information wherever possible.
