The administration does what it wants. I booked room 118 on the second floor, corresponded with the reservation department, everything seemed to be fine, and when I arrived, the room was occupied, settled on the 1st floor, or offered a room in the main building. They didn't care about my objections. I didn’t spoil myself for three days, settled on the 1st floor, it’s good that there are already few people, otherwise it would not be at all what I expected.
