Resting now. The hotel is excellently located. Cleaning, Wi-Fi - everything is ok. I didn’t take food, we eat at a cafe on the embankment, there are enough of them, it takes 7 minutes to walk. But! The administration does what it wants. I booked room 118 on the second floor, corresponded with the reservation department, everything seemed to be fine, and when I arrived, the room was occupied, settled on the 1st floor, or offered a room in the main building.

They didn't care about my objections. I didn’t spoil myself for three days, settled on the 1st floor, it’s good that there are already few people, otherwise it would not be at all what I expected. How can you trust a hotel? By the way, they have a level of 4 stars.

We arrived in Koktebel specifically for the Jazz Festival (a complete disappointment), but this is off topic. The rooms are chic! Spacious, solid furniture, expensive plumbing, everything sparkles, shines and smells of cleanliness. The staff is not overbearing, but friendly and unobtrusive.
Cleaned the room well, regularly changed bedding and towels (of which there were 4 different pieces).
Breakfast buffet. Dishes are traditional. Vegetables, fruits, all kinds of cold snacks and hot 4 types of side dishes and meat, fish, chicken, liver. Everything is fresh and homemade delicious. I would also like juices and natural coffee, not instant coffee (but I'm picking on this))
The beach is private, perfectly clean, concrete slabs. The workers sweep it and wash it with a karcher every day)) wooden deck chairs with mattresses, sooo cozy : )
We liked everything very much, we will definitely come back.

Ratings: Rooms 5+ Maid 4- (they didn’t always clean the room, but when they cleaned it, it’s good) Parking and security 5 (they always kept the place with chips behind us, for only 20 UAH) Restaurant 3 (cocktails and tequila are great, but the snacks and food are not very good, because the salad was spoiled, and the Swedish line is not very good, every day there were cons) Prices 4- (we paid almost 8000, although on the 3rd day we stopped going to breakfast, but they counted them for us).

Rested for the first time with the whole family. I really liked the hotel. Beautiful beach, attentive staff, excellent restaurant. The buffet is not great, but everything is fresh, dishes are not repeated. Special thanks to Stanislav, a very attentive waiter who knows the menu thoroughly! The room is clean, comfortable.

The only negative is for those who have adult children (my age is 14), it is advisable to take a room with two bedrooms, since it was not very comfortable for me to sleep on the sofa (the sofa is not big). And Wi-Fi in the room does not work (((, I had to go outside, but our room was counted on the street and there is a wonderful gazebo nearby, where you can order a cocktail from the bar to sit on the internet! But in general, I really liked it, I want to come back again and further!!!! !

We rested for 10 days, really liked the rooms and the bar. They lived in boathouses. View - just class! Always clean, own beach, sun loungers with soft mattresses, not many people, sand in the water, in short, cool. And there is no beauty of serving at all - they ordered a steak - they bring a piece of meat on a huge plate and ketchup is spilled nearby (!!! ) Well, at least they put it on a leaf of lettuce, cut a tomato... We were horrified... A waitress walks at breakfast, well, she should go to the Buffet, and another one, such as an administrator or manager, it’s immediately clear that they are local, they don’t want to work!
And here, at the Bar, the guys, in my opinion, are from Kharkov. We immediately found a common language, and they helped us rent a yacht and found a scooter. And they changed the money, otherwise the exchange of currencies is already very far away. The girls (waitresses) are very cheerful and cultured. In general, the bar is like a separate world there, in the best sense of the word.

My parents and I really enjoyed this hotel. There you not only go out, and immediately the sea, but also a cafe with shops nearby! It is very comfortable! The White Griffin is the best hotel we've ever seen! There, a VERY large selection of rooms : ) We got 103. Category "Standard" double, one-room. And if there are 3 people, then there is a cot, extra bed.
