Good afternoon! We rested at the base of Troyand from 14 to 22 August. By their stupidity, they paid for accommodation for 10 days, stayed 9. The payment for the day was 1800, however, the kind administrator made a discount and the day cost 1700. The prices on the site are very high. Also, photos posted on the site are not subject to reality. In fact, the pool, located in front of a three-story wooden tower, was dug out and fenced with yellow tape at a distance of 20-30 cm from the ground. The water channel leading to the pool was also opened, the depth of the resulting pit is about 1 meter. Not a pleasant smell emanates from the pool, and a frog lives there))). This place is chosen by children, the pool arouses their interest in any condition. It is not difficult to get to it, but it is very dangerous, it will not be difficult to stumble, because, along the territory near the pool, throughout the recreation center there are uneven paths overgrown with grass, in some places there are holes. Also, all paths are fenced with sharp stones.
You should not believe the photos with the green park area, since most of the trees are dried up, the territory is not well-groomed, yellow-orange leaves, needles, hoses, bottles, plastic plates, iron sheets, grates lie all over the ground. Lamps are installed near the barbecue, the ceiling lamps of which are broken, and on one, instead of a ceiling lamp, a plastic five-liter bottle is installed.
Fi-Wi in the rooms and on the balconies of the rooms does not work. The Internet appears only near the barbecue. We repeatedly turned to the administrator with a request to resolve this problem, since being at the Troyanda recreation center, we simply did not know what was happening in the world, the TVs in the rooms did not work, Fi-Wi did not work, it was not possible to contact relatives, cellular communications in Crimea very expensive. We learned about the fire in Rostov, about the mudflow near Sudak from local residents, after which we ran to the barbecue, in order to get Fi-Wi, in order to contact relatives and report that everything is fine with us. The administrator told us several times a day that the issue with Fi-Wi was being resolved, that they, together with the director, had left a request and an employee of the company would come today or tomorrow to fix everything, and she also promised to restart the router at night (although we didn’t understand why it was at night to do and how it can improve the situation). Twice we asked the director about the work of Fi-Wi, but he didn’t really want to communicate with us, he answered “on the run” that the issue was being resolved and immediately left.

For all 9 days that we were there, none of the employees approached the pool in order to repair it; no one solved the problem with Fi-Wi; no one tried to restore television.
The only plus of Troyanda is its proximity to the sea. However, at night it turns into a minus, as the music from the embankment, from the Troyanda restaurant does not stop until 5 in the morning.
At the same time, the air conditioner installed in the room does not let you sleep, which turns off with a crazy roar, having cooled the air in the room to the set temperature, and which turns on again after a few minutes.
The stairs leading to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel require a major overhaul, they have fallen from them more than once, but they are propped up with large stones, and the railing, which can hardly be held, is propped up with a long wooden beam.
Laundry is paid, in order to wash your things, you need to pay 100 rubles for 1 time.
When we approached the administrator on the 22nd and asked us to return the money for the day, as we want to leave home at night, she turned into the complete opposite of a kind woman. In the end, together with the director, they informed us that their accounting department was closed, and that they would pay us the next day after 10:00. Although, with us, the "kind" administrator arranged for a woman to rest, who paid for her accommodation. We did not argue, we waited for the morning. The money for the day was returned to us in the amount of 800 rubles, due to the fact that the discount she made at the beginning for 100 rubles per day was canceled, since we wanted to leave a day earlier. What is not pleasant is that due to their quirks, in terms of the lack of money from the administrator, we could not leave home on the night when the traffic situation to the ferry was easier.
