This year I managed to visit Primorye for the first time and what I want to immediately note is that it is indeed a beautiful territory, for all its considerable area, the territory is studded with flowers, shrubs, trees and other vegetation.
My experience of visiting Koktebel is not very big, this year I was with a girl for the 3rd time. Before that, they rested somehow chaotically, in 2009 they rented an apartment, and last year a room in a private hotel was 20 minutes away. walk from the sea.
I would like to describe what I liked during my vacation in Primorye -
1. food - they ate on the Swedish line, different types of dishes - meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, and, most importantly for me, the main dishes are baked or stewed.
2. rooms - well-planned and furnished rooms (we lived in the second building).
3. Quite interesting excursions (paid for with a ticket), were on 2 excursions, sea and 2-hour walking.

Very handy were the evening performances of the animators, I liked how the guys work in a kind of style of pirates of the Caribbean.
From the bad:
For me, as a coffee lover, the absence of an electric kettle in the room caused inconvenience, I had to take it from the administrator of the building.
But what really spoiled the rest was the weather, which was far from summer, in the first days of the rest the sea temperature was simply unrealistic for swimming (15 C), we had to swim in the pool.
Well, everything else was great, perhaps this year's relaxation in Koktebel I liked the most.
And finally, my recommendations for those who have not yet been to Koktebel - you need to decide on a place to stay there at least in February, and in March make a reservation, however, if you plan to rent an apartment from private owners upon arrival, then this it is better to do it in the middle lane, since the closer to the sea, the higher the prices. And so you will have the opportunity to bargain and save a lot.
True, if you are a fan of sitting on a bench in a quiet park and reading a book, then in Koktebel itself, perhaps, there is such a place only in Primorye, unfortunately, I did not find such conditions in other parts of the village.
