Ужас Horror

Bad hotel. Arrived at 12 midnight, settled in a 2-bed room. Not even 5 minutes had passed since we wanted to move out of there. It feels like the room is not cleaned at all, dirt is up to the ears, cobwebs with spiders in all corners, dishes are dirty, the table is dirty and sticky, it stinks in the bathroom, yes... it stinks, sewerage, the water in the shower practically does not drain, and the most the main thing is DIRTY bed linen. When we told the receptionists about this in the morning, they simply brought us a mole and an odor remover and said that the cleaning lady just probably forgot to clean up. In fact, she probably doesn’t clean there at all, everything in the entrance is overgrown with cobwebs, she is there between every step, on the ceiling, on the walls, and, in general, there is mud up to the ears. Just awful!! ! Don't go there for vacation!
