Positive moments that made you pay attention to the offer of the Kanaka Lux hotel:
1. The offer is posted on Booking. com, which gave some guarantee in dealing with an unknown guest.
2. The price is almost two times lower than on local intermediary sites. (As explained, this is a discount from Booking. com).
3. Under the terms of Booking. com long free cancellation period.
4. Under the terms of Booking. com payment for services with plastic.
5. Maximum awareness, technical support and client management by Booking. com
Negative moments that influenced the decision to refuse the services of the Kanaka Lux hotel:
1. The offer of a hotel representative to switch to direct contact without the mediation of Booking. com
2. An increase in the cost of services by almost 2 times.
3. Refusal of settlements in local currency.

Refusal of plastic payments. Requirement to transfer an advance payment to the account of a private person without granting his authority.
5. Refusal to sign the contract with the provision of its certified copy.
6. Inattentive, irresponsible, and sometimes boorish treatment of the client.
In the course of a short conversation with a representative of the hotel owner, the impression was that the main thing for local holiday organizers was to get money. And then - at least the grass does not grow! Moreover, the money is not small, for which people are not yet accustomed to being responsible. And, judging by the numerous reviews on the network, this is not a single "misunderstanding", but the real state of affairs in the resort and tourism sector in the Crimea.
On all the points I have listed, it would be possible to agree. However, there was not the slightest interest on the part of the administration representative. And this is after last year's disastrous season! Maybe the situation has changed dramatically?
Money flowed like a river, customers became "like dirt"? By no means, rather, it is not the ability and not the desire to work, based on the post-Soviet worldview and banal human indifference ...
By the way, as practice has shown, Booking guarantees. com are somewhat exaggerated, which does not honor this well-known organization.
