We fell into this "captivity" with a group of children's athletes, their parents and coaches. There were 55 of us in total. As it turned out, in half of the rooms there are no air conditioners, wires stick out of the walls, and where there are air conditioners, not everyone has remotes. When settling in the room, dust, dirt, sticky floor, garbage in the form of felt-tip pens, hairpins and other things, apparently from previous vacationers, on the balcony is the corpse of a bird. . . At our request, the body was removed. . . but the blood was left, for dirt, sticky floors and debris, they said that they had only washed it yesterday.... and today they won’t wash, in general, cleaning was beaten out for another week. Our room was a quadruple: 2 single beds and a sofa on which it is not possible to sleep! They took off the mattress and slept on the floor. From the bedding there are only leaky sheets and pillowcases, there are no underclothes, the blankets are dirty. There was mold in the shower, hot water from the water heater, but it was not in all the rooms, and where it was constantly adjusted during pressure surges, only cold water was supplied to the washbasin. No toilet paper or towels. The food was imported in tanks, disgusting, mashed powder, porridge with dried milk, half with chopped sausages, dirty tomatoes.... from cutlery only aluminum spoons.... But the most disgusting thing was the attitude of the hostess, her daughter and supposedly a maid. They hate guests from day one! They constantly scandalized, do not turn on the air conditioners, do not go out on the balcony, do not stand on the aisle, eat faster, spin the children, close the windows.... They themselves drank alcohol every evening in the courtyard, sometimes more guests came to them, yelled under the windows until 2 am. . . the day before our departure, the curtains were removed in the room on the fourth floor and at the same time they crushed the touch-screen phone that was lying on the bed, they climbed on the bed linen with their feet! . . Of course, the breakdown of the phone was not recognized. . . the damage was not reimbursed.... The cost of the phone was added to the cost of the rest. . . Terrible experience, I would not wish anyone to stay there!
