The boarding house was recommended by the trade union at work, because there was a promotion and an additional 10% discount was promised (for employees of our organization). Thus, the prices here turned out to be the most affordable for us on the South Coast. When checking in, they made a huge circle around the territory with bags due to the fact that there is no sign where the administration is located, and the guards (rather stoned-looking) did not deign to prompt. When checking in, they almost cheated (almost doubled): at first they pretended that they forgot about the action, then the action was recognized, but they refused to provide a 10% discount. Given that the money was taken back to back, we got a decent amount of stress. We lived in building 2 with windows overlooking the sea. The room is very small, not even 18 meters, but we are not large, so it's tolerable. The balcony is small, but you can go out sideways and hang things (I saw less so I was pleasantly surprised). The furniture is new. The linen is ok, but the sheets are short. TV in the room. Amenities and a refrigerator for two with neighbors. Basically okay. The refrigerator is really worth blocking the entrance to the room, so you have to enter sideways and it’s better not to settle plump. Gor. water on schedule. They fed deliciously. The dining room is the biggest plus, including service. The sea is close, it's a pity the sun sets early (mountains). Few trestle beds. The territory is normal, no special care was noticed. To get to Yalta, you have to walk decently to the minibus, and there is also a queue. It is even easier to get from Partenit. The embankment is very noisy and busy, but cleanliness is monitored. The biggest disadvantage of the rest is night music in a thousand cafes. There is no entertainment. Despite the fact that the boarding house is at the end of the embankment, it is very noisy (!!! ) and you wake up several times at night. I think the authorities need to pay attention to this. Still, on vacation you want to hear the silence and the sound of the sea, and not just the sounds of "gulbasiva". Summary: the nature is gorgeous, the conditions are very mediocre (since the time of the union, no one has spent much money), prices and self-esteem are greatly inflated. I would probably go again, but at half the price.
