Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this resort. We rested in the sanatorium "Ai-Danil" from 03.09. 2018 to 14.09. 2018. General impression: "I will never go here again. We went to the sanatorium by car, but due to the opening of the Crimean bridge and the repair of roads throughout the Crimea (it took 12 hours from the bridge to the sanatorium !!! ), we arrived at the sanatorium around 20-00 on the third of September (instead of 14-00 indicated in the ticket time of arrival).

" To make the review complete, I will tell you everything from the very beginning. We went to the sanatorium by car, but due to the opening of the Crimean bridge and the repair of roads throughout the Crimea (it took 12 hours from the bridge to the sanatorium !!! ), we arrived at the sanatorium around 20-00 on the third of September (instead of 14-00 indicated in the ticket time of arrival). The parking lot is located 500 meters from the main road, and 1100 meters from the main building, and this is not a little, given that the road from the parking lot to the sanatorium descends steeply and is also not lit (recall: the time is eight in the evening and already it got dark). Yes, maybe we were unlucky with the fact that we arrived so late, but there is a delivery from the parking lot to the building, which works only at certain times. Let's add to all this that the parking is PAID (payment was made to a young man under the light of a flashlight). Everyone will draw his own conclusions, and I will continue to tell about the rest in the sanatorium "Ai-Danil". When we got to the building, we settled. The room corresponds to the photos posted on the site of the sanatorium, everything is quite decent. The staff is friendly (except for the reception), cleaning is carried out regularly (but keep in mind, take shower gel and shampoo with you). On the day of arrival, we were not even offered coffee or tea, not to mention the fact that we had fully paid for the board of that day. I would like to write a separate review about the dining room, but since this is not provided, I will tell you this. To begin with, only two titans are provided for all vacationers, and if, God forbid, you oversleep, or are late for some other reason, then you will drink cooled water instead of the only drink provided for in the diet. All first courses with fat floating on top (borscht, kharcho, etc. ), which are simply impossible to eat, at least heartburn or even gastritis after this are guaranteed. I will add that sour cream was not served for the first courses more than once !! ! Salads: fresh cabbage with herbs, zucchini, carrots, beets (sometimes peppers) seasoned with spicy vinegar dressing (hello again to heartburn and gastritis). Vegetable salad is 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of cucumber. It would seem much worse, but no: one day they brought me this salad with a feather (yes, yes, a bird feather! ). To my sincere indignation, the girl who brought me the salad took it away. That's all, no new salad, no apology. Next, you should pay attention to the second courses: all the names are wonderful, there are no complaints about them, but only about the names, in fact it is pig food. In order not to be unfounded, I attach a photo. In the photo I have an amazing second dish called "Saute" - in fact - carrots in oil (it is worth recalling - we are in the Crimea! Really there were no zucchini, no eggplant, and indeed vegetables in general). Also in the photo is a winded piece of sausage, which is given in the local canteen. For breakfast, there were not even boiled eggs, only two types of porridge. We took one of them only once, but it was burnt and it was impossible to eat it. Further on the photo you can see jam (or jam) with a disposable plastic spoon (one for all !!! ). And finally, to the review of the dining room, I would like to pay attention to the toilet in the dining room building - this is something! toilets have not yet appeared at this time, but instead of them a point (I don’t know how this invention is called correctly). Yes, you may say that nutrition is not the main thing, and maybe they will agree with you. But! Firstly, this is a sanatorium, and I can’t imagine how healing food can be, immersed in oil and not fresh. Secondly, this is a very poor choice. And thirdly, this is the atmosphere around (long live the Sovdep). Since we rested for only 11 days, we had minimal treatment on a package tour. And there are no complaints about him, on the contrary, the impressions were good, the staff is nice and friendly. Separately, I want to highlight the amazing pool. This is the best thing in the resort. A few words about the sea and the beach. Of the pluses, this is a large number of sunbeds - enough for the residents of the resort and for people from the outside. These are all pluses. The beach is not cleaned, after the storm there are blockages of stones, so it is problematic to go to the sea. Umbrellas are not provided, and the canopy is so small that people huddle close to each other and then there is not enough space. During our stay, there was a sewage discharge into the sea (foam with a specific smell and color). To the complaints of the residents of the sanatorium about this incident, they answered us: “The sanitary epidemic was called, they are coming. In general, half of the sanatorium had been ill with a rotovirus infection this year. “This is how they comforted us, and offered to rejoice that we are among the happy half of the sanatorium who had not been ill). In general terms, I spoke about the sanatorium "Ai-Danil". My impressions are extremely negative. A ticket for 11 days for two people cost me 95.600 rubles + 2.000 for paid parking, a total of 97.600 rubles. Agree, it's money. So think twice before choosing this resort. I myself found a travel agency that sells tours to Ai-Danil. With the desired junior suites again did not work. At the last moment, Ai-Danil withdrew the numbers we had chosen. I had to settle for standards. Issued, paid for everything, relaxed. Before leaving for the Crimea, I contacted the sanatorium to confirm the reservation of 2 standard rooms. They did not confirm it right away, there were questions about the second one. Well it seems to fit. But upon arrival at the sanatorium, it turned out that the travel agency mixed up one last name and out of the ordered 2 rooms, we were provided with one. I had to be nervous until they figured it out. Thank God, everything turned out, settled. The next 2 weeks were great. The food is very tasty (in the dining room). A caravan of dishes at every meal, with the ability to take back to your room what you didn’t eat. Delicious cereals (daughter ate 2 servings), pancakes, pastries. I liked the soups. Variety of meat dishes. Treatment according to the standard, attentive doctors. It is a pity that the pump room of mineral water did not work.... Very pleased with the animation. Girls and boys are just smart. The children, both big and small, were busy with all sorts of creative activities: singing, drawing, dancing, sports games, and there was also aqua aerobics, exercises, Neptune's holiday. This year it was not necessary to pay extra for visiting the gym and the sea pool in the spa complex (until 14.00). It was nice to listen to the musicians in the evenings and watch the performances of the animation group. Leisure of vacationers at a good level. This time we took a lot of excursions. . The organizer Yurzuf-Tour and the employee Anna in the sanatorium - well done! We traveled for pleasure. The beach is clean (monitored). Coming to the south coast, you need to understand that the beach is pebbly and there are stones in the sea. For comfort, you can pre-purchase rubber shoes for a walk along the beach and a comfortable entry into the sea. I do not need it, but I bought it for my children and my husband. Those who have not prepared in advance can buy everything they need in the store on the territory of the sanatorium. By the way, for the convenience of entering the sea, you can use the ladders from the breakwaters. The descent is like in a swimming pool. I was also pleased that the canopies over the beach area were replaced. The former material gave off a suffocating odor when heated. And now everything is in order. The rooms were cleaned regularly. In fairness, it must be said that the hood in the bathroom did not work very well. But this nuance was eliminated by regular airing, so it did not spoil the rest. But I would like to draw the attention of the staff to this. We were generally satisfied with the rest, but I would like to avoid the hassle with booking and settling next year. A wish to the administration is to inform regular customers about the opening of a reservation, and in case time is lost, give contacts of trusted travel agencies that work directly with the sanatorium.

The hotel is very excellent. I liked the rooms by the sea, but there is a little noisy. Before that, we stayed in the main building. The rooms are clean. there is everything you need. The rudeness of the staff is a separate issue, everyone is doing you a favor. There are drunk people on the territory of the sanatorium. The hospital is a total disappointment! Procedures have to be knocked out with a fight, queues for an hour. Massage 15 minutes maximum, you are the conveyor for them. I don’t think it’s worth talking about the low quality of the equipment, this is understandable. Pros: only fresh air and the feeling that Crimea is Russia

He was afraid to let us go alone and, creaking, grumbling, spoiling our mood, he went. What struck and liked - the hotel has carefully selected places of leisure for every taste: an outdoor and fabulously beautiful indoor pool, outdoor and indoor gyms, a health path with amazing views, table tennis tables, a tennis court, and even - on the waterfront golf - this is not seen in any resort. The balcony in the room is wide, it has a wide folding bed, in addition to a table and chairs. I slept on the balcony on the 13th floor, fell asleep, looking at the stars, the moon, breathed and enjoyed the smell of the sea and the forest. In the evenings, musicians played in front of the building, once a week - a tour of the park. I have never seen anything like this in any resort. Pleased with the cleanliness and the surrounding beauty. Food and treatment, if in a word - very, very worthy. There "steers" just a brilliant and talented administrator.
