I must say right away that we rested in "Georgievskaya" last year and will go again this year. There was a lot of trouble this year, so I don’t want to risk extra money and nerves experimenting with a new place. So we decided not to bother. . . So, against the background of other offers, the price / quality ratio in "Georgievskaya" is pleasing, which is important - there is no such redneck when petty savings on every penny, starting with wallpaper and ending with the size of the towel, in "Georgievskaya" everything is quite sincere.

But I'll start with the minuses - of course there are: 1) the adjacent street along which you approach the hotel looks sad: old shabby houses, a broken road, stray dogs walk. however, this segment of the path takes 2-3 minutes, and then - the more front side of Feodosia, up to the embankment; 2) the facade of the hotel is dilapidated and needs repair; 3) the hotel is located on the 3rd floor, downstairs there is a bank and some offices, there is no elevator, and you have to drag your suitcase up the stairs, which is not very good; there is no doorman or other male employee (cat. could help) in the state, at least, only the administrator girl volunteered to help us, with whom we dragged the luggage upstairs for a couple. fuhh. . . 4) there is no sea view and no balcony in the room, 5) the TV is too small for such a room, I would like a bigger screen. . . That's all, the cons are over))
Now about the pleasant. The hotel is very close to the center, while in a quiet place, you can sleep peacefully at night. The room has everything (bathroom, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, new furniture), fresh renovation, surprisingly large rooms (4 people could easily fit in a double room), they clean it daily (the room is clean!!! ), white towels , 3 per person, kettle in the room, hot water all the time, the administrator on the floor is on duty 24 hours, the attitude is friendly - even late at night, if you ask for help (there was a case), there is no dissatisfaction. From the railway station you can walk (5-7 min. ), to the street. Gallery - about 10 minutes, the beaches are naturally urban, which one you go to - you decide for yourself, respectively - and how much to go to it. Yes, one of the main advantages is the price. Last year, my daughter and I went for 280 UAH. for two, in this the price has slightly grown - 306 UAH, which, by the standards of Feodosia in the hot season, is still very cheap. More about food: there is a dining room in Georgievskaya, it smells delicious and clean inside, but I can’t say about the quality of food, because we like to eat in the city (there are a lot of options, write to anyone who is interested)
All. I tried to write objectively : -) Have a nice summer vacation everyone!

After staying in Feodosia for a week, they left for Alupka, but decided to return. Unfortunately, in Helena, where we usually stop, there were no places. I remembered about the hotel "Georgievskaya". Called and booked a room. Double one-room junior suite. Cost 240gr. The room is very large, with two windows.

Called and booked a room. Double one-room junior suite. Cost 240gr. The room is very large, with two windows. The room has two separate beds, private tables, night lamps, a small table with a mirror, two armchairs, a coffee table, a nightstand and TV, there are dishes, two types of glasses. There is a refrigerator, powerful air conditioning, but no kettle. In a small corridor there is a closet and a refrigerator, a door to the bathroom, which is quite spacious.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive! Cleaning is amazing! Daily and high quality! After cleaning, I leave sweets on the table)) ! ! It was very nice when we found a bottle of champagne and a postcard in the room for my husband's birthday! Felt like visiting old friends! The hotel is located in a very quiet place, it takes 10 minutes, maximum 15 minutes to walk to the railway station along a pleasant street. It takes a couple of minutes longer to get to the embankment and the Aivazovsky Museum. To the central market and the local bus station - 10 - 15 minutes.
In the morning we woke up in complete silence, only with sunrise did rare turtledoves begin to sing.
In general, everything is just wonderful! But there is one minus, because of which I give a rating of 4 - creepy beds. Not only are they creaky, but also with sagging mattresses, and feather pillows, which are also not very comfortable. I hope it's only in our room. In the two-room suite that we were shown, the double bed looked quite decent! It is a pity that with those pluses and virtues we were not lucky with the main thing that should be in the hotel!
By the way, the hotel has its own cafe - you can eat there, we did not do this, as we prefer local vegetables and fruits.
