I liked it very much. Well-groomed territory, good food, attentive attitude of the hotel staff. When my wife's health was bad, the hostess called an ambulance, personally accompanied me to the pharmacy, despite the fact that it was 12 o'clock at night to buy medicine. Thanks again to all the cooks, administrator, service staff and wonderful hosts for a sensitive and kind attitude!.

Good day to everyone who had a rest, rest or is just going to have a rest in THIS wonderful hotel !! ! I spent wonderful 20 days here with my family (from July 5 to July 25) and have never regretted that I chose this place for my family's vacation.
Let's start from the moment of booking: I left a request and they called me back within 15 minutes, I received a clear, specific answer to all my questions (which made me very happy),
Arrival: Upon arrival at the hotel, we were met by a wonderful receptionist Victoria (many thanks to her for everything), we were immediately taken to our room and fed. The room was clean, bright and beautiful.
Number: as I already wrote - bright, beautiful and clean (which is no small merit of Marina - a sweet, cultured and modest girl). The room has everything for a comfortable stay - air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, shower (from which there is always clean cold and hot water, and whoever says that there are problems with water in Crimea - do not believe them, this is complete BONDS !!!! ). The room is always cleaned and not when they want or you say that the room is dirty, but clearly by the day or you ask to do it extra (and no one will ask you to pay extra for this !!! )
Food: This is where we enter the world of Sonya's wonderful chef. We took 2 meals a day (breakfast and dinner) All the food was wonderful, tasty and fresh. I have never seen food warmed up for us. The food was always freshly prepared. You can come and drink tea or coffee at any time of the day or night. Here they are freely available, as well as clean drinking bottled water. The dining room itself was always clean and tidy. For all the time of our stay, I never heard any complaints about the chefs from the guests.
Staff: All hotel staff are polite, cultured and correct. I have rarely met such a welcoming and helpful hotel staff.
And of course, you can not ignore the owners of the hotel - Isis, Alla and Yusup. It is they who lay the principles and norms by which the hotel lives and breathes !!!! ! You can ask me why they are so good?? ? I answer - IN EVERYTHING !! ! My daughter has a toothache. Who cares what hurts her, but not HERE. Yusup quit all his business and in the evening we rode all over Feodosia and looked for a dentist, but alas, all dentists work until 18 hours maximum, but he still got through to the dentist and made an appointment for us tomorrow. And Isis is a wonderful and sincere person of warmth and responsiveness. When I had an incident with the car, he immediately found where to repair it and took me with the car to the car master, where they did everything quickly and efficiently for me (they painted and put the bumper of the car in order)
After all this, I can only say one thing - YOU ARE GREAT!!!! ! Keep it up !!!
I recommend this hotel to everyone. You won't regret coming here for a minute! My wife and child and I were completely delighted with the hotel and everything we saw and felt there !!!!

I got caught by the fact that I read beautiful reviews on the website of this guest house, as well as on their page in contact. Not a single negative review from 2015 to 2016. The leave at work was given unexpectedly and the trip had to be chosen very quickly. Tip - never read reviews on a hotel website, as the administrators of these sites leave only positive reviews. And if someone writes negative reviews, then they are blacklisted, as they did with me. After I returned home and again saw a beautiful advertisement for this hotel, I could not resist writing a review. Our trip was the three of us from 10 to 20 July 2017. Me and my two kids aged 10 and 12. The room is terribly cramped for three. Cleaning is done every 4 days. Towels for 9 days of our stay, we changed only 1 time. Once we were reprimanded for the fact that the foot towel was very dirty, given that it was one for three and that the beach was sandy. Of the 9 days, only 3 days were normally fed, when Aunt Sonya was the cook. On other days, the food, especially the children, did not like it. Pilaf always went to waste. On the first day, I was completely dumbfounded: we paid for this day in full, i. e. we were supposed to have lunch and dinner; on this day we arrived only for dinner, as the flight was delayed; in the evening we were given badly cooked pasta with a piece of cold chicken; naturally, we did not eat it and went to the pizzeria, as we were terribly hungry (they don’t serve food on airplanes lately); the next day I asked why; since 2005, traveling all over Russia and the world, I have never received such answers: "we were waiting for you for dinner, but you were late, don't throw away your lunch"; and I replied: "why are you feeding us waste, considering that we paid for lunch and dinner; in response there was only a smile.
Children were almost never satisfied with food, I ate; and when I asked to return to us the cost of at least dinners for the remaining 7 days in order to eat normally in a cafe, we were refused. And there were many such cases during our stay there. We witnessed quarrels and conversations on the topic of returning the cost of meals to guests. In fact, in Feodosia you can eat normally and inexpensively in a cafe, therefore, do not take the cost of food, especially dinners, in this guest house.
In the early days, breakfasts were very modest: either porridge, or egg scrambled eggs, or eggs, and some pastries (nothing special); milk for coffee always had to be asked; then, when apparently they began to talk, and where is the cut, about which it is written on your website, butter, cheese and fruits began to appear on our breakfast table.
And on the site in the reviews there is not a single word about the dog that lives next door and constantly howls at night. Because of her, at night I didn’t sleep, then the children didn’t sleep. Here's the truth about Crimea. I am resting in the Crimea for the second time, and I made the final conclusion: my legs will no longer be there. Expensive and not very good quality.

Theodosius simply conquered our entire family. We rested in Villa Ava with elderly parents. We are so tired of the noisy metropolis, thank God that we discovered this hotel last year. It is really quiet and calm here, the sea that we dream of all year round and such a warm welcome! Ava, Izet, Yusup from the whole Prokopaev family, a huge hello and immense gratitude for the vacation of our dreams.

We liked the site of the hotel and we made the right choice. The hotel is absolutely new, the euro rooms and the beautiful territory completely match the photos on the site. The sandy beach is within walking distance of about 6-7 minutes. The food was delicious, the owners of the hotel often prepared free pilaf for guests.

A huge plus for mothers with children - the chef cooks especially for children, at the request of parents. Our son is very fastidious, but in Villa Ava he devoured both cheeks.
The beach is sandy and free. You can buy sun loungers for a fee, or you can rest on a towel at the water's edge.
The beach is clean and the water is always clean and clear. The entrance is very pleasant, without stones. I especially liked that it was not deep.
Our little boy splashed around calmly.
In general, we advise everyone to stay in this hotel. Many thanks to the owners, Yusup, Izet. Special thanks to the cook Sonechka. Look forward to next year.
