Then she escorted us to the room and gave us the key, when we entered the room, it turned out to be very dark, even with the curtains open, we had to turn on the light, the furniture was all old from the past, there was no ventilation in the toilet, so there is MOLD and DIRT everywhere. There is a very small playground on the territory, which borders on a cage in which birds and rabbits live, there is a smoking room right there, from this all the smells that cut the nose. The territory is so small that there is not even a place to sit, three small pools are suitable only for children, there is nothing for adults to do there. In the evening they straightened the bed, the linen was old, we went to bed and the mattress fell through on one side, upon examination we saw not a mattress, but a puff cake made of mattresses and the bed was broken. The next day, our child got sick and we decided to move out of this terrible place, I told the administrator that we want to leave the next day and asked them to give us the difference in price. The administrator called the director, who, with such an impudent face, said that he was not going to return anything and asked to contact the booking office, if they cancel the reservation and ask for a refund, he will agree. I called booking, they said everything can be done, no problem, they sent a letter to the director of the Arsenal. The next morning, I go back to the administrator, informing that we are leaving today and asking us to return the money, the director comes up and says that he does not owe us anything, since we have not yet handed over the room. After that, we packed our things, handed over the room, turned to the director, and he says I don’t owe you anything, have a good road. He did not return a penny to us, and he wanted to smash his face, but there were children with us. So we left there and I don’t advise anyone else to relax in this Arsenal, believe me it’s true, don’t spoil your vacation in Evpatoria. There is nothing good there.
