He sings it a centimeter from my sunbed and runs away.
I am slightly surprised, politely asking: does he understand that we have nothing to breathe? To which this individual, without a hint of a joke, tells me that he prevented a man-made disaster! And then the whole rest did not take their eyes off us, if they had stayed longer, I feel they would have attached an escort. You can ignore the disgusting rooms in this hotel, slow internet and retro TVs, but if you want to spend your vacation in comfort and tranquility, do not repeat our mistake - read the reviews on the Arsenal guest house and you will find out that the number of people affected by the owner's folly There are hundreds of this place!

So we traveled for three months. This time the trip was scheduled for June 22. On June 20, my husband called the hotel, as he already knew all the phones, booked a room, clarified the price, to which we were told that the rooms had risen in price (although we had been promised something completely different before) and now for 1500 we will be given a completely different room, much easier. We agreed. We arrived at 20.00 22.06. 19 and were just stunned! We were told that there were no simple rooms and we were offered a junior suite for 2000 as regular customers, but in general it costs 2500. I was very outraged by this behavior! They showed us the room and it turned out that the junior suite is a small dark room of 9 square meters, two bedside tables, a small wardrobe, a table, dishes for two on the table, a kettle, a small refrigerator, a shower, a toilet. This is the easiest number ever! Which junior suite? What then is the simple number that we were promised? I had to stay, because I didn’t want to look for rooms at night, and so we drove for 17 hours and were very tired. Later we saw mold in the room, rusty faucets, not ironed bed linen. We were shocked by this horror! And this is how they rent for 2500. This is the attitude towards vacationers! These are the "wonderful" numbers. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you want to be spoiled!

In the evening they straightened the bed, the linen was old, we went to bed and the mattress fell through on one side, upon examination we saw not a mattress, but a puff cake made of mattresses and the bed was broken. The next day, our child got sick and we decided to move out of this terrible place, I told the administrator that we want to leave the next day and asked them to give us the difference in price. The administrator called the director, who, with such an impudent face, said that he was not going to return anything and asked to contact the booking office, if they cancel the reservation and ask for a refund, he will agree. I called booking, they said everything can be done, no problem, they sent a letter to the director of the Arsenal. The next morning, I go back to the administrator, informing that we are leaving today and asking us to return the money, the director comes up and says that he does not owe us anything, since we have not yet handed over the room. After that, we packed our things, handed over the room, turned to the director, and he says I don’t owe you anything, have a good road. He did not return a penny to us, and he wanted to smash his face, but there were children with us. So we left there and I don’t advise anyone else to relax in this Arsenal, believe me it’s true, don’t spoil your vacation in Evpatoria. There is nothing good there. Never book this guesthouse, does not match the description, believe the negative reviews. Good reviews are written only by fake people.

Many thanks to Konstantin and Valentina (and all the hotel staff) for a wonderful welcome and cordial attitude towards their guests! Someone writes about excessive supervision . . did not observe this. However, I want to note that the hotel has its own rules and there is a sense of control over the safety of guests by the administration, which is extremely important for families with children.

Also, I want to note the good location of the hotel - there is a wonderful equipped Oasis beach across the road, there is a tram ring nearby, which is nice to ride to the center. The hotel, of course, is not a VIP level, but it does not position itself as such, the prices for holidays are very democratic, and there are a lot of pluses. I will be happy to recommend the Arsenal Hotel to my friends, primarily for families with children, which is what this resort is famous for. We rested in Evpatoria in August-September 2015. We were at sea for the first time, there is nothing to compare with, but we really liked it as a family. Room prices are quite loyal in August, quite even cheap in September, with a sea view not from the room itself, but from the terrace, but five minutes to the beach.

There are no special remarks about the boarding house - from the positive it is food and swimming pools, and from the negative it is neighbors in the room - constant drunken screams of parents, screams of children and the whole balcony in the husk of eggs and potatoes - they boiled them in a kettle for breakfast !!!! ! Other than that, we are happy with our stay and will definitely be back next year.

We had an early arrival, but upon arrival the administrator offered to arrange an early check-in and after spending a little time on the balance of payment and getting acquainted with the rules of residence, we went to the room to sleep. This joy was not for everyone, because in the next room the child screamed hysterically, and we took a shower and unpacked our things and went for breakfast and to explore the beach.
The first day of rest flew by quickly and imperceptibly, but at night another surprise awaited us - the child behind the wall began to yell in the evening and, with short breaks, continued his solo in the morning. At breakfast, we got to know the neighbors and asked what was wrong with the child and if he was sick, the answer was none of your business and we rest as we want. To be honest, we were shocked by such rudeness to a simple question and turned to the administrator with a request to move us to another room - this was possible only after two days, and lo and behold, we were offered to move to room 35 in a separate building without any boorish neighbors on the floor. To say about the number of beauty is to say nothing (pictures are attached). Cleaning without problems, the sea view is lovely, the bathroom and washing machine are just salvation. On the territory more tried not to communicate with anyone in order to avoid new boors. In general, we were lucky with the choice of the time of rest and the weather was grace and at the smoking room we heard a conversation that about ten days ago a number of rooms from the Kolyma-Chukotka-Komyaksky regions left the boarding house, after which the vacationers crossed themselves, and probably the administration. According to their stories, the day ended in the deep morning when the surrounding liquor stores closed and the people returned in a fair amount of drunkenness with screaming children who should have gone to bed for a long time and the soul demanded the continuation of the banquet. Well, we did not find it and had a wonderful rest. Thanks to chef Angela for delicious buns and an interesting dish called brazoli.
The only negative is the hordes of mosquitoes that climbed everywhere. On vacation in Egypt, we saw that a car drives around the hotel and fumigates with smoke from all sorts of creeping and flying parasites - the owners of the boarding house need to learn from experience.
