In January 2012, my husband and I booked a double room in the Paradise boarding house (aka Paradise). The price is reasonable, 540 hryvnia per day. Judging by the pictures, everything is personal. At the booking stage, I repeatedly asked the hotel manager if there was air conditioning and WI-FI in the room, since we are business people and we need it all the time. "Yes, of course, " said the head of the boarding house. Upon arrival, we find that the air conditioner does not work (it barely blows warm air), after 10 minutes after turning it on, water ran out of it. Internet is available only if you are in the boarding house administrator's office. And to top it off - a crack on the back of the bed! The room is very basic. The furniture is old. Air conditioning from pre-revolutionary times. Yes, the territory is full of flowers. However, I would like to say to the leaders of the Paradise boarding house (Pobeda LLC) that in your Crimean climate, ennobling the territory of the boarding house with flowers is not difficult, but at least sometimes you need to invest money in your business, maybe this is how you raise the rating of Crimean resorts that has fallen to the impossible , because you haven't bothered to check the air conditioners all winter, and in general it is obvious that new infusions of funds are not being made. And yet, I would classify the Paradise boarding house as a "Mother and Child". That is, if you are, for example, an elderly couple, and you want silence, this will not happen. It is a pity that the boarding house does not specify this immediately. Screaming alien children running along the corridors do not at all contribute to a peaceful rest. Thus, we left Paradise almost immediately and again lived with relatives. Good thing there was somewhere to go!! ! And lastly, the management refuses to return the amount of the prepayment made. In this connection, I will go to court and collect my money by force. I'm sure it will work for me. Good luck to all!
