There were three of us. So, this is not such a cheap boarding house. We had a room in the second building on the second floor, 24-suite, double, two-room. The room is not bad, we were even delighted at first when we got into this room at 14-00. We asked why they did not settle, we were told that they were cleaning. However, the room was never cleaned, the young maid did not bother cleaning at all. After checking in, we started our holiday with cleaning. This is not the worst. When we went to the dining room, here it was generally terrible. A lot of people were indignant, went to the director complained about the food. It's just disgusting. The portions are not just small, they are just miniature, but inedible in quality, from which we had poisoning one day. Considering we are not picky eaters. This was not the case in 2009. The management is tearing this boarding house apart, and people are taking the rap. The building of the 6th is sealed, it will not be divided in any way, and its photographs are posted everywhere on the sites, which is not true. Now about hot water, which supposedly should have been on schedule. She simply wasn’t there, they washed either in a common shower, or someone, where he could in another place, or with cold water. The boarding house is packed mostly with students. They are brought by autobuses, some of them have free vouchers from the institute, some for a small fee, so no one is outraged, everyone is happy to have a free rest. For some reason, the bulk of students from Bryansk. In the room we had air conditioning, which is as powerful as a fan, no more. The audibility from the embankment of music and screams is very strong in the room, it is simply impossible to sleep with an open balcony, and it is also impossible with a closed one, you will suffocate from the heat, and this air conditioner, although it does not blow much, is located in such a way that it blows directly on a person. The beach is about a kilometer away, no less than a walk of about 20-30 minutes. And when you get to it, you have to manage to find a place, and when you find it, then be a yogi or buy a sunbed, because after the storm washed away the beaches this year, they got off with cheap material, brought cobblestones and sharp gravel. It is impossible to walk there without special shoes and it is also impossible to enter the sea. In general, our bodies are bruised. This was not the case in 2009 either. Although it was far away, the beach was ok. There was no toilet paper in the room, no soap, one towel per person, for all 10 days. The bed linen was never changed. Regarding the cheapness, I would not say that it is completely cheap, in travel agencies it turns out cheaper, because they take quotas in bulk and in advance. And if you buy from them, then we were offered a room with partial conveniences for 195 hryvnia per person, per day, and our room was 360 hryvnia per person, per day, and we paid the travel agency 250 hryvnia, that is, 1000 rubles per day, per person. For comparison, the Lydia hotel, next to the Dvina, which we rented and did not regret for 2 days, cost 230 UAH per person per day. So there is a European-style renovation, always hot water and a 5-minute walk to the beach, really small pebbles. I'm already silent about the situation, everything is at a high level. In general, we will never go to the Northern Dvina, it is terrible and a pity for the money thrown away. The boarding house is finishing off the management and that's it, it is falling down before our eyes. Consume ugly, but invest nothing. Too bad, it's in a good location.
