Recreation center "Satera" - a health-improving complex is located on the southern coast of Crimea in the tract of the Alaka River at 19 km of the Alushta-Sudak highway. The territory of the health resort is 4.6 hectares of a flat plateau, the length of the coastline is 220 meters, incl. pebble beach 198 meters wide from 6.0 m to 12.8 m. About half of the land (42%) is occupied by green plantations, where deciduous (hornbeam, beech, oak) are adjacent to coniferous trees (Crimean pine, cedar, juniper), as well as subtropical (palms, cypresses).More →

The rest is excellent, calm, few people. The beaches / pebbles / are free, you don’t have to take a place at 6.00 as in other cities. There is no vegetable market, there is in Solnechnogorsk, if there is a car, then there are no problems with this at all. Около половины земельного участка (42%) занимают зеленые насаждения, где лиственные (граб, бук, дуб) соседствуют с хвойными деревьями (крымская сосна, кедр, можжевельник), а также субтропическими (пальмы, кипарисы).
