As for food, everything is very tasty, healthy and varied. The staff in the dining room is very friendly, help in a difficult situation. Always with a smile and in a great mood. The sea, of course, is far away and it is absolutely reluctant to spank before it, so a bus takes it to it, but there you have to fight for it. The beaches from the sanatorium, as they say, taste and color. For me, they are stony, which caused discomfort to my legs. I found a way out and took a taxi to the professor's corner. Small pebbles, lots of sun loungers and entertainment for children. In the evenings we spent time on the city's embankment, here you will find attractions, cafes, musicians, and shops. The most beautiful embankment of the Crimea, with a length of seven kilometers. And of course excursions for every taste and interest. Fourteen days flew by very quickly, the child was delighted, he made many friends, thanks to the animators, but he had to return home.
I feel it necessary to write this, because these people may wish not to leave a review, and this all shows the big picture. In general, I didn’t stay in this institution for more than one night, I was kept from my paid reservation 24 thousand, so to speak, a penalty. I also want to warn people about this. I'll survive, but this is a pig's attitude towards people in general. There are a lot of reviews on the resort, both good and bad, I understand that mine will be lost, but maybe someone will have time to draw the right conclusion.
Good luck to everyone, except for the administration of the sanatorium, you compare it to charlatans.
To call this PLACE a sanatorium does not turn the tongue!
Let's start in order:
1. Accommodation, accommodation.
The cost of a tour for two with a child for two weeks with a DISCOUNT cost 103.000 rubles, 50% prepayment three weeks before arrival.
In anticipation of a wonderful holiday, we flew with the child for 9 hours of flight + 3 hours of transfer and + 1 drive from Simferopol to Alushta and got to Slavutich ! . After that, we were told that the room that we booked 3 weeks earlier was occupied, while the others were NOT. As we understood later, this is a trick of the administration, who are trying to increase the profits of the sanatorium in ANY WAY! As an alternative, they offered a miserable closet with one bed and a folding chair....as it turned out, the cost was 6.000 rubles DAY!
At that moment, we realized that we were simply divorced and a comfortable stay turned into a struggle for a place in the sun!!!
The next day, through long conversations, threats and pressure, we finally managed to get ourselves a room with more or less appropriate booking conditions (double room COMFORT) where we spent the remaining days of rest.
Immediately I warn you DO NOT give all the money for a ticket at once! You definitely won’t get them back in the conventional way!
Cleaning in the room left much to be desired and was limited to taking out the garbage and passing a damp cloth between the aisles of the beds, while the cleaning lady believed that this was the maximum of her capabilities and she gave all her best! The balcony was not cleaned at all!
From time to time, towels disappeared from the administration of the sanatorium and they tried to shake them off from vacationers, instead of looking more closely at their own staff and beneficiaries!
The sanatorium works with the Social Insurance Fund, so the bulk of vacationers are beneficiaries who have received free vouchers from the FSS.
2. Nutrition
It's just a circus, and the main clowns in it are vacationers! It all starts with the fact that if you come to the dining room 15 minutes later than the start of breakfast-lunch-dinner, then it is likely that there will be no free space at the table, and there will be long queues of vacationers for food, 80% of whom are grandmothers , grandparents and parents of disabled children! As a result, the declared "Buffet" turns into a dining room of the pioneer camp, where whoever had time, he ate! the rest are content with the rest. At the same time, all this takes place in an atmosphere of general hatred of what is happening! The menu is monotonous, the same soups, side dishes and salads. Draw conclusions you need it on vacation, for your hard-earned money!
Of the pluses, we must pay tribute to the chefs who cook everything well and tasty, using more or less fresh products, as well as the opportunity to dine on the terrace, in the fresh air!
Catering shows the attitude of the administration of the sanatorium to vacationers, complete self-withdrawal from solving pressing problems, everyone is driven like a herd of sheep at the same time, in one heap, figure it out for yourself!
3. Treatment
The treatment is just ridiculous. Three to six procedures, the equipment is old, Soviet, everything is breathing its last! The staff is angry, dissatisfied with life and in general with everything that happens! The baths are just awful, I took my child once and never went there again! Everything is dirty, old, musty! The circular shower is barely alive, something splashes on you for several minutes, an ordinary shower in the room will be livelier. Massage is not bad, but strictly limited, if you want to pay more, pay for normal procedures too. In general, I paid for the ticket, now pay for the treatment.
4. Beach
It's just tin!! ! 25 meters between two breakwaters, packed to capacity with vacationers, and for the most part not from the Slavutich sanatorium. If you arrived on the second bus, then you will not get a sunbed or a free towel (declared by the administration)! And you can hardly find a normal place where you can lie down either!
The buses that take vacationers to the beach are packed like the metro in Moscow at rush hour! People are like herring in a barrel, the only difference is that stuffiness is added here!
We went with the child once, after that we walked to the central beach!
Of the pluses, one can note the good work of guides and animators near the pool, these guys are trying! The price of an excursion in a sanatorium is slightly lower than the analogue in the city.
Conclusion if it were not for the nature of the Crimea, the sea and excursions the rest could be called the worst!
