We rested with a child in June 2011, when choosing a hotel, I was guided only by reviews on the tourist truth (for the first time in my life! ). From what has been written so far, almost everything is true.
So the pros:
-administrator Valentina, sometimes we turned to Sergey on emerging issues - many thanks to them!
- the food is really tasty, fresh and made from quality products (my child and I have stomach problems, and I recognize any low-quality food right away - for the first time when I went to the sea I didn’t use any medicine, moms will understand me)
- children's room with pleasant "nannies"
- closed area
- equipped beach without problems with taking a place at any time
- swimming pool (large enough, equipped) - was a lifesaver at 11 degrees sea
- nice territory (on the official website you can't see all the beauty, the photos are old, in fact everything is much more beautiful)
- proximity to the sea
- remoteness from settlements
- the minimum number of people.

In general, it is really an ideal vacation for parents with children, who make up the bulk of vacationers. Young people and those who want to have fun - there is nothing to do here.
Minuses:
- the administrator in the dining room (very unpleasant, while you have to deal with her 2 times a day - it's worth checking the passes)
- the construction of a new building - the noise is heard even with the windows closed, the exception is the building with luxury rooms, the windows of which overlook the embankment (but for objectivity, I want to note that on the 3rd day of rest we didn’t notice it anymore. we just didn’t cycle, as we did many vacationers, despite the fact that it was still necessary to put the child to sleep during the day under this noise, but a person can be seen adapting to any conditions : -)
- very, very rocky entrance to the sea, with huge cobblestones; it is a pity that the owners for so many years of the hotel's existence have not eliminated this significant drawback
- a pizzeria (which is recommended for dinner, since dinner is not included in the price) - the kitchen is terrible, the prices do not correspond to reality. It would be better if they added dinner to the price and cooked it like breakfast and lunch are super)
- a cafe near the pool - the kitchen is rotten, the prices are unrealistic
- cleaning in the rooms - it would be better if they didn’t clean it - both in suites and in ordinary rooms - they clean it very badly, although clean bedding and towels are changed every three days (fresh linen, not torn, without stains) as promised, but for cleaning all the guests complained
- there were a lot of complaints from people who booked a sea view in a standard room and got a rooftop view of the dining room which actually looks out to the sea - which you can't see. It would not hurt to warn about this and reduce the cost of such rooms - there would be fewer complaints and dissatisfaction among vacationers.

But in general, the atmosphere is pleasant, I still want to come here and recommend this hotel to friends - but after the construction and the owners take note of all the comments, which are quite doable and do not require special financial costs.
