It has nothing to do with building 1 of the Hotelika, which stands right on the shore. Building No. 1 is fully leased to some enterprise.
By the way, there is no parking of its own either, in principle there is none, because. and territories. Everything is off the hook.
As for the construction, at the beginning of the first 3 days there was a crane on the beach, but after that he left. Adequate 2 beaches and sunbeds above the beaches, where you could sunbathe for free. On the beach only vacationers of the sanatorium.
Three meals a day are quite decent. (I even managed to get better during the trip). Breakfast, for example: porridge, main course (patty + pasta), compote, bread and butter. Fruits included bananas, oranges and cherries.
The staff is friendly, always at the request they could transfer food from the first to the second shift, the watchmen are also wonderful.
The only drawback is some remoteness from civilization. The professor's corner is 1.5 km away and can only be reached by electric car for 10 hryvnias per person. It was a little hard for me and the baby to walk such distances back and forth.
But in the end, everyone was very satisfied)))
In the Sea Corner - 2 buildings.
At first we were settled in No. 1. It was a nightmare!! ! The room is full of mold and mushrooms, there is a construction site in front of the building, there are cranes, trucks drive, a drunken caretaker, in the canteen - food cannot be called food, pigs have better quality slops.
We called the administrator demanding to give us our money.
And lo and behold!!! ! We were offered to see the rooms in building number 2. We went to watch the numbers without any desire, just to clear our conscience. And we liked it and we stayed.
Just heaven and earth. Clean, tidy, the rooms are large, bright, large balconies, the service is quite decent, everyone is polite, food is separate from the first building. You won't overeat, but you won't be hungry either. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The view from the windows is the sea, palm trees (not construction and trucks).
For those who have an idea to go to Alushta - bypass building No. 1, No. 2 - not All inclusive, of course, but as for Crimea, on a solid 4.
BTW: the presentable appearance of the Marine Corner, in particular building No. 1, is good only in the pictures: upon closer inspection, there are no glasses in the basements and everything is overgrown with cobwebs, reinforcement sticks out of the walls, the light is constantly cut down due to old aluminum wiring that does not pull the load during peak hours . Despite the promised increased comfort, the water in building No. 1 was on schedule, and in the second building - all the time! In front of building No. 1, there used to be either a pool or a fountain - which were expensive to maintain, so they poured sand and turned it into a miserable children's playground - it's cheaper! Given the meager nutrition, walking to the dining room of the same Dnieper is not so close, but you need to do this often or by electric car for 20 hryvnias from your nose!
The reconstruction of the coast and beaches was known back in February, but no one bothered to notify people and travel companies about the work of only one beach! What for? ! Vouchers are redeemed, booked - people will come and let them be content with what they have!
Although, according to reviews, the situation in building No. 2 is much better and there is feeding for slaughter, but this is FROM WORDS! Why such a difference between the buildings is a question of questions!
Of all the hotels in the Crimea where we were better, even Slavutich is much better and more varied in terms of nutrition, I'm not talking about the TOK Seagull and San Alushta! By the way, the latter almost went down the drain because of his redneck and this year he lured with minimal prices to amend the budget, but we still didn’t go there. But in vain!
In the near future, on some thread of the resource, I will post all the photos, videos, and even the diet in grams and hryvnias of how we were fed.
And now - about the "health resort" itself: the room is relatively, if you do not look for flaws, tolerant (there is a shower (even with hot water !!! ), a TV and an old air conditioner), the duty officer was almost never on duty and we stopped leaving her the key from the number, because he lay unattended.
The dining room is a separate paragraph: they cooked tasteless, even mashed potatoes (it was different: undersalted, oversalted, liquid, cold, etc. ), not to mention salads: two spoons of it were smeared on a huge plate, and a half of a tomato and a quarter supplemented the view cucumber ((((((. Almost all the dishes were broken and "motley". The waiters were young girls and guys who were not familiar with the rules of etiquette and service, so the plates began to be removed even before you finished the meal, in short in this regard They are still developing and developing. . .
And if you still don’t choose this health resort, then I advise other hotels to ask about the availability of parking for a car (this year the private owner has 25 UAH) and about the availability of a place (exit) to the sea, because. almost the entire coastline was bought by boarding houses, and the entrance to their territory costs about 20 UAH.
In general, all these little things did not prevent a good time))))
Location: 5-
It is located in the Professor's Corner, but at the very end of the Embankment. Far from shops and discos, but if you decide to take a break from the noise - then completely. In addition, by taxi or electric car in 10 minutes you will be in the very center of Alushta. Walk to the Rotunda (Central Embankment) - an hour. Building No. 2 is located 50 meters from the sea (5 min walk).
Territory: 5.
Lots of greenery, flowers, palm trees, cypresses. . . There are villas and boarding houses around the resort. Opposite building number 2 - benches, and right behind the trees - the SEA : )
Beach: 5-
Pebbly, own, for vacationers in the sanatorium free admission and wooden deck chairs. Minus - a narrow coastline, which during a small storm is partially flooded with water.
Meals: 4-
Mmm. . . I can't say it was delicious. But they didn't go hungry. I even gained 1kg : ) Every day fruit, sweets, tea. First, second. . . I didn't like that the kitchen is located in some kind of basement (although it is decorated as a cafe) - but the smell of dampness killed my appetite. . . Because of it - wet salt, damp tablecloths, musty stale air. . . I also didn’t like the first courses - canteen bodyaga... And... as it happens everywhere - monotony...
Number: 5+
After reading the negative reviews on the Internet, I expected everything... And I was pleasantly surprised. Building number 2 - these are rooms with increased comfort - and if you decide to relax in this sanatorium - then I advise you to choose this particular building so that you do not feel sorry for the money spent. Spacious room, soft double bed, individual air conditioning, there are rooms with a balcony and sea views and without a balcony (we had the first option), refrigerator, shower, clothes dryer and extractor in the bathroom, hot water, unlike other buildings - around the clock! Attached is a photo of the number. We were satisfied : )
Animation: 0
I suspect that in such sanatoriums they don’t know the meaning of this word at all : ))) Therefore, I had to entertain myself : ) Yes, there were free excursions - on foot in Alushta (funny))), as well as discos on the territory of the sanatorium (building No. 1 ) - in the style of "retro". . . or "for those over 60" : ).
Treatment: 0
Missing. (In the literal sense of the word)
It is high time to rename the sanatorium to a boarding house. On the first day of arrival, we were told: "Treatment is sunbathing and sea procedures. Everything! " So if you decide to improve your health with the help of the procedures promised on the leaflets, you are NOT welcome to the "Sea Corner" sanatorium.
P. S: And now, after all that has been said, only shortcomings are striking... Yes, they were. And there are almost all sanatoriums, boarding houses, hotels. . . The choice is yours! But my impressions of the "Sea Corner" still remained positive for me... A calm rest, a beautiful sea, an excellent room and a positive attitude - and everything is fine! For active recreation there, it is enough to go to the center or on an excursion (which we also did)... Therefore, I still advise you to visit "Sea Corner", building No. 2. Good luck! : )
