I rested at the end of July 2015 with my family in the boarding house Atelika Marine Corner in Alushta. Double, two-room, improved (the most expensive in the price list). Well what can be said? The sea is wonderful. Perhaps this is where all the wonderful memories of this boarding house end. 1) First impressions - the building is shabby both outside and inside. Repairs have not been carried out since the opening of this institution. Mold in the bathroom is everywhere, you are afraid to touch anything, there is a strong smell of linoleum, the locks on the front door are locked every other time, there was no lighting in the bathroom (on my repeated request to replace the lamp, the electrician left a light bulb in front of the door, and thanks for that). 2) The premises were cleaned 2 times in 11 days. The linen was changed once (and then they managed to give out torn towels). The only thing I didn't have a problem with was toilet paper. Every time after visiting the cleaning lady, another package was added : +) At the end of the check-in, the amount of toilet paper accumulated so much that it no longer fit in the bathroom. As I believe, the cleaning was considered completed on this. Under the beds and armchairs, judging by the layer of dust, cleaning has not been carried out since the founding of the boarding house. 3) Nutrition. This is a separate song. Whoever came up with the name "half-Swedish line" deserves to eat in this canteen. The quality of the products is below average, the quality of the dishes - I was fed tastier in the army. The quality of waiter service is a complete ales. They recruited young people who have no desire to do anything at all. The music in the dining room is screaming at full volume until you make a remark - the volume will not be turned down. Once they brought moldy bread. There was no response to the relevant remarks made in this regard. I wrote a review in the complaint book, after which the bread was replaced. I had to go to the girls at the reception and call the responsible for the dining room. The head of the dining room came and said that it seemed to me, while no apologies followed, chiding in the course of the conversation for the lack of training of her subordinates in the ability to communicate with customers : +) 3) Beach. This is a special place in which a local lifeguard with a beautiful surname Pyshny feels like a complete owner, whose task is to distribute sunbeds in the entrusted territory. And according to the list of services, the client of the boarding house has the right to a free sunbed, but this cunning lifeguard manages to save some of the sunbeds for his personal small business (although this may be a fee agreed with the owners of the boarding house for his work) and rent them out to beach guests at a price of 150 rubles for a bed As a result, in order to reserve a sunbed, the clients of the boarding house have to get up at 5 am and mark their sunbeds with towels. Although on the other hand, when else will you see a beautiful sunrise against the background of the sea : +)4) Animators. Since I came with children, I was very interested in the work of animators. Of the programs indicated on the website of the boarding house from the animation team - morning exercises, aqua aerobics, sports games, competitions and evening programs, I saw only: morning exercises at 10-00 (though for some reason no one wanted to do it after breakfast), sports games ( animators played volleyball among themselves), evening programs (when two beautiful girls danced every evening to the same melody with a flock of little children for 15 minutes). The presence of animators in the boarding house was only reminiscent of loud rap and RnB music, which they turned on on the site in front of the boarding house from morning until lunch, and from which the people resting here became uneasy. At the same time, for some reason, the animators themselves did not enjoy the chosen repertoire, but preferred to spend time away from this place. 5) WiFi. It is not in the rooms. It is at the reception desk and a bench in front of the entrance to the boarding house. This is reminiscent of the constant presence of young people with smartphones on this heel of civilization: +) 6) First-aid post. Despite the fact that it is listed on the site of the boarding house, you can not count on it. There is a barn lock on it, apparently from the time of the conquest of the Crimea : +) Conclusion: the owners or the owner of the boarding house saved on everything (on repairs, on products, on service, on staff training, etc. ), considering that the best thing is that they are here can provide - it's a beautiful view of the sea. The room I paid serious money for is not worth it. Frankly, the boarding house needs to change everything, from repairs to the manager. And I recommend that potential vacationers take a closer look at other places located in the district in large numbers.
