+ of the hotel: + Beautiful well-groomed territory, very clean, there is no garbage, no cigarette butts anywhere. There are many trees, flowers, although the territory itself is not very large. There is a summer cafe where you can eat in the afternoon.
+ Nice dining room. A cozy hall inside, a summer terrace overlooking the pool. The Swedish line (breakfast, dinner) is quite diverse. Breakfast was always coffee, tea and some pastries; cereals and muesli with milk, kefir and yoghurts; and you could always take pancakes, pancakes, sausages, some kind of side dish (rice, pasta, potatoes), casserole, eggs (always boiled, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs), cheese, sausage, vegetables. For dinner, juice, salads, vegetables, some kind of side dish, and a choice of fish (fried or cutlets), chicken (cutlets, wings) and various salads and snacks (eggplant caviar, fried zucchini, etc. ), as well as watermelon and melon. Of course, not a Turkish buffet, but there is enough food and plenty to choose from, quite tasty, no one had any poisoning. You can take as much as you want, you can also take it outside the dining room.

+ Large swimming pool. Made in levels (i. e. the depth increases along the steps). Very clean. Lots of sun loungers around. Works from 8 am to 11 pm.
+ Numbers. We were in a junior suite on the 5th floor. There is an elevator. The semi-suites only have a balcony, the rooms overlook either the pool or the park (we went to the park, in the morning we watched squirrels jumping through the trees, and in general there was a stunning view from the window - mountains, trees and blue sky. ) The room itself spacious, bed, sofa, refrigerator, air conditioner, wardrobe with hangers, table and chair. The furniture is new, cleaning was done constantly, towels and sheets were changed every 3 days.
+ Good medical center. They cut my finger without any problems, they processed it, they said to come again. There are procedures and massages - they say they are very good, they are not included in the price - we did not go, only a doctor's appointment is free.
+ Clean beach, which is not allowed to anyone except vacationers in a boarding house. Availability of free beach towels.
But there are also minor drawbacks:
- The beach, as they say, is 1200 m from the beach. Walking for a very long time, the tunnel does not save. Walk 800 meters from the beach. And then not much more. It is better to take a bus, in the morning every half hour goes to the beach. After dinner, he only picks up from the beach, does not carry him there. At 5 o'clock the last one. There are practically no sunbeds on the beach, so you have to lie on the pebbles if you don’t take the first bus.
In general, I liked the rest, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere of relaxation, good service, completely new. Nearby there are shops with the cheapest food prices, closer to the market and more expensive to the embankment. On the territory there is a paid parking for the car (20 UAH per day). Upon arrival, a fee of 1.70 UAH is paid.
