I do not recommend. The hotel is not able to provide the declared quality of accommodation. On all promotional photos of the hotel, images of the rooms of the "new building" of 1.2, 3 floors are modestly omitted, i. e. , which fall under the category of junior suite relaxation.
So in order:
1) The new building is located on the border of the territory of the complex, under the balconies of the new building there is a footpath for residents of higher-lying houses and hotels.
2) Architecturally make a canopy over the 3rd floor, this is the "floor" of the site on which the pools, restaurant, barbecue, etc. are located. (what we see on the promotional photos of the hotel), i. е. under the visor accumulates all the dirt and sound from:
- passing cars;
- chemical smell to sore throat from either dry cleaning or laundry located on the 1st floor;
- from the bakery located on the ground floor, guests of the bakery drinking not only tea;

- aromas of a garbage truck, whose body is higher than the railing of the balcony of rooms on the 2nd floor;
And in the whole building there is a smell of either a pharmacy or a spa salon.
Immediately under the windows, cars will turn around and park not only for the guests of the IvaMaria Hotel, but also for the guests of the BlueMarine Hotel and other nearby hotels. Also, all night long you will hear the loading and unloading of cars of arriving and departing guests.
Equipped closed parking for 10-15 places, the rest are parked at a neighboring construction site.
For the rest of the service:
- buffet, maybe it is buffet, but with a very developed imagination (4 years ago, when there was no buffet yet, the quality of food was much higher);
- Wi-Fi in the room, this is a mockery, you can’t even read the mail, downloading 0.6 MBot, downloading 2.1 MBot.
I don’t even want to describe further, drunken guests appeared on the territory, the pools were all “mixed up”, it used to be strictly - for children and for adults, now kids are everywhere.
