The analysis of these very reviews left a double impression. They were absolutely opposite - from complete negativity to complete admiration. One lady especially tried to say nasty things - cockroaches in the room, fleas in the (soft) furniture, and so on in the same vein. I resolved my doubts very simply. I dialed the administrator of the boarding house Larisa and asked to invite those who at that moment lived in No. 2 to the phone. Many thanks to the lady who took the time to talk to me. She had minor remarks, but in general she liked everything. In general, we came and did not regret our choice even once. Many thanks to the administrator Larissa! There was not a single case in all the time. so that my request for one reason or another is not fulfilled. Everything with this girl turns out quickly and in the best way. Who wants a quiet, secluded holiday among the beautiful southern greenery - you are in the pension "Sergey". Naturally, I did not find any insects such as cockroaches in the room. Why such a negative review was written, I don’t know, maybe someone is trying to settle personal scores. Let it remain on the conscience of that person. In conclusion, I want to say: there are no ideal hotels, even 5 stars. No wonder out of 10 points a maximum of 9.5 - 9.8. There are always some minor remarks even in chain hotels where professionals with many years of experience work. So is the boarding house "Sergey" - if you set yourself the goal of finding fault with something, you can always find something. And if we look at the picture objectively, then the employees, headed by the owner Alexei Viktorovich, are just great!! !
